The most wonderful staff! They helped us in our hour of need with our dog, and despite it being a scary and serious time for her, you could tell she loved the folks there and was not stressed.

Absolutely wonderful place! Staff is super friendly, and the vet is VERY knowledgeable. I'm always nervous finding a new vet for my rabbit, because some vets are not as knowledgeable of them as they claim to be. Went in for my bunny to get her RHD vaccine, and I felt very confident during the visit that they indeed know what they're doing. Not only was the vet and the tech asking all the right questions, but they were handling my bunny properly and looking for all the right things. I was very impressed, and super thrilled! I'll definitely be coming back here again. ????

Dr. Zann and vet tech C.R. provided us excellent care, allowed time for us to express our concerns, explained physical exam findings, explained all treatment options, rationale, benefits of options, possible side effects of meds and treatments. Price options were made clear. Outlined a clear plan of care, and provided us with that plan and medication information via email. Other staff are responsive and friendly. We always get called back and have our requests taken care of promptly. These guys are great!

I had a poor experience here first with waiting to be seen at both appointments,. The office is very busy and seems over booked. When the tech came in to go over the surgery he was so rude and annoyed and I got the brunt of his aggravation. The first spay cost was about 427. with every add on.. We waited for paperwork and he then he actually tossed the pen on the clipboard and stood with his hands on his hips to dismiss me. Very angry guy. I hated leaving our pet and had no information on when they would start surgery or pick up time discussed. I am feeling so regretful for leaving my cat there.

Our regular vet hospital in Nampa, was not able to see our dog for another 3 days, who had a shoulder injury, Dr Tami & staff was able to see him the same day. Luckily nothing broke, but she discovered a very rotten tooth, ((which our reg vet said everything looked great in May, when he had his $600+teeth cleaning)) Dr Tami, has called 2x in 24hr to personally check on, good natured, will be back.

Come here with my Corgi and cat and the staff seriously cares! My cat had to get a toe amputated and it went beautifully! They explain instructions clearly and even got us in the same day when we had concerns about her healing. Highly recommend for high quality care for you furry family!

Treasure Valley Vet is awesome! My dog recently had cancerous tumors removed. Dr Vogle did an amazing job! She treats the animal like a patient and explains everything so well. The staff have been wonderful to work with.

Really nice staff and excellent veterinarians. Our little Divot dog needed work on his teath and because of thier knowledge and work, Divot is must healthier and back to his normal self again.

I've taken my aging cat here twice now and both times they were clean, on time and willing to spend the time I needed to make the best decision for my cat.

We had a great experience. Everyone there is so friendly. Harley had his second round of shots.

This was our first visit and we weren't really acknowledged right away. The lady waiting in line behind us was put into a room first. There were two ladies, so you would think one of them would have taken care of us right away. When we were put into a room the assistant came in, just said hi. My husband had to ask her her name and then introduced ourselves. When the doctor examined our dog, she seemed knowledgeable but they wanted her sedated our dog to take xrays. We have never been asked to do this with other dogs. We left with pretty much the same information with what we came in with but spent $400 on evaluation, xray and medicine. They said they would send us the xray files and referral for a surgery center. We never received the referral number and only 4 pics were taken. So $350 for 4 pictures. A bit expensive with no definite answers. We did like that the shared the cost with us before doing the work, which is why we decided on no sedation. We not only didn't want to sedate our dog but didn't want to pay another $100 for it. When we left, we felt taken advantage of. I personally, did not feel the professionalism or compassion that others here posted but maybe just a bad day so believe in second chances.
