Made appointment for Sunday only to find out they are not even open bro

Very rude staff. I think someone peed in these girls’ cheerios this morning. Goodness. I would never come back and would never recommend this place.

The first experience I had coming here 2 years ago was good. I had gotten my cat spayed and everything was great! This past couple of months I planned on taking my cat to get neutered there and made the appointment. Not only within the 24 hours did they cancel my appointment due to closing unexpectedly that day, but they are making me go through the rescheduling process for the next available slot which again is weeks out. So unfair to do to your customers.

Very happy with the results! I went into this appointment with so many fears and concerns because my baby girl is a huge scaredy cat! My 6 month old kitten was spayed today and she is acting the same as she did post surgery. I was expecting a wound that would look a bit painful but it is super small and very clean, it doesn't even look like a wound at all! I didn't get any additional pain medication and she isn't in any pain like I had feared, she's purring and happy! She doesn't seem to be bothered by todays experience at all! I'm extremely very very happy right now! ???? The full price was 50 but the work they did was worth much more!

Trash.. wasting people's time. Wasted 3 months of planning and my whole morning because they can't even think of reading their own intake forms. I've never been so disappointed dealing with any kind of business before. This was a remarkable experience trying to give them business, that's for sure. Idaho needs low cost spay/neuter programs big time and this company does idaho a disservice.

Very scary experience but this place not only made it less scary but did an incredible job for half the price of other places. It has been 4 days and the incision spot is nearly 100% healed. I would highly recommend this place. EDIT 2021-11-07: It has been almost 2 weeks and she is fully healed. Incredible work, wish I could donate more.

Everything was great except that the prices listed on the website are inaccurate. I had to pay almost $100 more than the listed price. It's still several hundred less than my local vet but if I use the snip service again I'm going to call for pricing before using the mandatory online appointment setter.

So grateful for the kind, helpful and skilled folks at the SNIP Clinic.

We have had 3 animals fixed here. They are nice and do a great job.

I called for an appointment. Was told I would have to go online and schedule it. Filled in my pet's information. At the point I was to pick a date, got a message that there are no appointments for at least 60 days. I am to check the website daily for available appointment, should one become available. Looks like I'm going to have to go to my regular vet and pay a higher price.

We live on a farm and have several dogs. Earlier this summer, we had our Great Pyrenees spayed and just recently had our Pug spayed. Both times were positive experiences. The staff is wonderful, the cost is affordable and they did a great job taking care of our dogs. I was hesitant to try SNIP because of some of the reviews but after our friends had a positive experience, we decided to try them. Yes, it can be a longer wait depending on your breed but the savings are well worth it. So far, we have saved over $500 between the two dogs. I don’t understand some of the reviews that complain about hidden costs because they have been forthcoming with us and we know exactly what our cost will be from the moment we drop the dogs off. Overall, SNIP deserves 5 stars.

I do not know what rescuers in the valley would do w\o SNIP. All the other low-cost options are not available, right when covid has left us abandoned with an uncontrolled feline population. SNIP has done everything they can to come up with answers for the overpopulation in the area, and beyond. The staff is so understanding, flexible and works beautifully with the unpredictable situations rescuers throw at them. I took 2 of my cats here to get fixed a boy & a girl. The boy cat had an abnormally large scar where his surgery was. About 2 years after the surgery the scar swelled up & got infected. I took hi. To a local vet they tried to do a surgery on him wich cost me thousands of dollars. In the end my cat died. You shouldn't use these people. If you have the $ to get your cat fixed go anywhere else or just don't get them fixed. only take an animal here if I didn't care that it died.

I've had a few cats I've taken in now, in an attempt to cut down on all the strays in my area, and the staff here is always very nice, thorough, and the cats (while understandably stressed after surgery) heal up fast and have zero complications, and are back to thier happy active selves within a matter of days.

Great low prices but the staff isn't the friendliest to humans!

SNIP Clinic took great care of our small 6 month old pup Luna. She went in for a spay and during surgery the Dr. noticed she had a hernia and went ahead and fixed it for a very nominal $15 fee. Keep in mind this is a low cost clinic that does spay and neuter for many animals at a time, so expect some wait time during drop off and pick up. Luna has healed well, and I am very happy with the excellent care she received at SNIP Clinic Meridian.

Great place to get your cats and dogs spayed and neutered for an excellent price. They also have low income services for only $10 with proof of income!

Living where I do, I end up with cats out of nowhere! Usually pregnant, or tagging kittens alondside. These folks have been GREAT and they work with you in every way they have available to them. I will continue working with them, as needs require, and I NEVER hesitate to refer them to everyone that I know needs their help. Let's make unwanted, and stray animals, a thing of the past!!!

I had brought my cat in to be neutered and brought her in on the scheduled date. I had a charge on my bank account for the deposit, but when I came in they said they didn’t receive it and that I would have to pay again and reschedule my appointment. They refused to do anything about the deposit that I had made previously

I put down a deposit and was never given an appointment for my cat to be neutered. I called repeatedly over the course of 3 weeks with no answer. Once I finally got somebody on the phone, they scheduled an appointment without notifying me through the information that I had given them. They refused to refund me and would charge me another deposit to set up another appointment. They put all the blame on me because I gave them my phone number instead of putting down an optional email also.

So incredible! Extremely nice staff, fast and easy intake and outtake process even with all the covid precautions, and my dog is doing great! Couldn’t recommend enough

Very professional and significantly cheaper then going to a local vet. There is no excuse not to spay or neuter your pet! They even have financial assistance available. Go get your pet SNIPped!

They were so friendly. I felt good leaving my fur baby with them.

Recently got my puppy neutered here. Everything went great, it was very affordable compared to a traditional vet office. Staff was extra friendly. Would definitely go back.

The young lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. I had previously had a bad experience with a male receptionist who was quite rude and offered next to no assistance, but I am much more confident continuing to bring my pets here and recommending Snip after speaking to their new receptionist. The care you get here is worth much more than they charge.
