Horrible experience and no return calls after many years of patronizing this place with our current and previous dogs. Must be under new ownership. Tried to give them a chance explain but they never responded. So sad...won't be back.

The pricing is great! The ladies there LOVE the dogs. Our German Shepherd comes home soft and smelling nice.

This business has friendly staff that are caring to your dog. The place is open for you to see the back rooms and it's clean!

Amazing!! Brought my dog in, she was shedding a lot in clumps. Lexi took care of my dog, and when I came to pick her up I almost didn’t recognize her! Her coat was shiny, when previously it was shaggy from all the hair falling out. Thank you, we will be returning!

I'm pretty sure this place is under new ownership. Just not the same. Can't believe they charged $30 just to trim nails on a toy poodle. Time to find a new place.

I had been taking our Boxer Mylo to this place for years, literally, years. Called for another appt and they acted like they could care less about me or the dog. Wouldn't even try to understand what service I was looking for, made some excuse that they didn't offer that level of service for a Boxer and basically just blew us off. What a disappointment and disgusting unproffesional way to treat a long time customer. Customer service just doesn't exist anymore.

They got our big dirty boy all nice and clean after a fun trip to the river excellent doggy wash facility friendly staff kids had fun to.

Sue was fantastic! I love to see someone that cares for animals work in this industry. She was knowledgeable and played some great music! The price was stellar for two dogs with nail trim only $26 bucks. I’ll be back very soon, any one having a ruff time finding a place to clean your dog look no further. All breeds of dogs welcome crazy cat ladies stay away!

My daughter and I took her golden retriever there on sat and who ever was working was not at all friendly or helpful we needed help with rest cleaning and clipping his paws and we ended up just leaving after his bath

I enjoy washing my dog at Doggy Day Spa. The staff is helpful and very kind. The tubs are large and easy to get my pup into. The blow dryer is very convenient. My dog is dry within minutes. The blower is on the powerful side and makes for fun if you have little kids with you. The laughing lasted quite a while.

First of all, I don't think they clean the place at all. Compared to many other dog wash places, it is just gross and stinks. They say they are open until 5, but only until 4 for the self wash. I drove there and arrived at 3:40 and was told no. So they do not stand by their hours and are rude about it. Go to Shadows, much better place and way more friendly.

We didn't need to make an appointment as walk ins are welcome for the do it yourself baths. They have several stations and 2 sizes of tubs/shower stations. They also have a small step at the entrance to help the doggies to get in. Sue guided us and was very sweet to our pup. They provide a leash to hook them to the bath station. The water can be regulated to your desired temperature and they also give you shampoo, conditioner, a special foam for the face and plenty of towels. There are also plastic aprons if you want to protect your clothes. We paid 14 dollars for our 41 pounds puppy. Very reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we ended up using the dryer that wasn't very strong and they didn't have any brushes on hand. We tried asking but they were busy.

The groomer did an average job, but took way longer than it should have. I brought my dog in with a 10am appointment, and was quoted 2 hours. At 2pm i called the groomer to see how much longer and they didn't answer. At 2:15 i called twice and finally got someone to answer the phone. They told me 20 more minutes. My dog didn't get out of there until 3pm. 5 hours to shave a 40lb pup is in my opinion WAY to long!!! Especially since i told them i didn't want her bathed or her nails done. I can do all of that at home. Not to mention, her body was already done. I just needed her belly, legs, and ears done. My only guess is she sat in a kennel there for a few hours before they started on her. Which kind of makes me wonder why i had an appointment at all. I will certainly not be going back to this groomer again.

The only reason we have visited this place is because they have the dryer which works well for our Husky. However, the service is awful. They are rude in person and on the phone. They have deliberately ignored me when we have walked in, for over 15 minutes! No acknowledgement. They have done the same to others I know as well. I will drive out of my way for excellent service to another groomer from now on.
