VCA Spring Creek Animal Hospital Jackson, Idaho

Half of the practice is professional and half the practice is not. Most of the appointments I have had have been positive but one was not. I have been cutting my dogs nails for years on my own and at the most recent check up they offered to cut his nails. After a week I went to do a super small weekly trim on my dog and he turned around hissed at me and bit my hand. This has ruined my dog and he is scared for life because of some Vet Assistant at this hospital. I reached out multiple times to them explaining the situation and they "would get back to me with details" and never have.

Dr Alex came in on Sunday to care for our pup who’s struggling with seizures. She kept us informed and gave us our options. I can’t say enough about her compassion and understanding. We are many states away from home and she sure came thru for us during a very challenging time.

Unfortunate that it’s the only emergency place in town. Personnel are OK, but services are absolutely outrageously priced. Wait till Monday to take your dog to your normal vet.

Dr Alex is still the greatest, always there for us and taking exceptional care of our fur kids. As our dogs get older we make more visits to the clinic and each time we are treated wonderfully by everyone. We give VCA Spring Creek 5 paws!

We have been taking our pets to Spring Creek for almost 8 years now and have been SO happy with the care and service received. We have had four guinea pigs - who are considered 'exotic' animals - and Dr. Dan Forman has been incredible in helping up keep them healthy and happy. I would recommend Spring Creek and particularly Dr. Forman to anyone looking for pet care.

This place is wonderful. It's very clean, everyone is so nice and professional. My dog hurt her paw and they where able to get her in the same day. I highly recommend this vet.

My dog, Raymond, got very sick on vacation. Dr. Brittany Mattrella was amazing and had excellent bedside manner. They got Ray in and seen immediately. I cannot say how much I appreciate this office and Dr. Mattrella. The vet techs were also very good. Thank you all so much.

MJ was the most kind, wonderful, loving vet I have ever come across. My cat was diagnosed with lymphoma and I had so many questions and she was patient with me and answered every single one of my questions. She did not give up on me once while I was breaking down. I will recommend her to everyone I know and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously the best in town if not the state. Thankful I found Spring Creek.

This place is amazing. We were on vacation in Afton and my pup got hurt in the evening. The on call doctor was very nice and helped reassure me that my pup was going to be okay and she walked me through what I needed to do with the wound till I could get her there in the morning. When I arrived the staff was super helpful and understanding and got us back instantly. They patched my pup up and sent me with detailed discharge instructions to take home. They also had all of my pup's previous medical records faxed from my regular vet. The prices were very reasonable and the facility is clean. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!

Amy is AMAZING! I cant boast enough about her. She did me a solid. We went for a visit and needed my Lulu Yorkie boarded. Although there was no space available, Amy still found a way to help me. I was extremely impressed with her attentive ways of ensuring me that my baby was in safe hands. Thank you!!!! Highly recommend!!!

From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the Vet Techs to the Vets, the entire experience at Spring Creek is lovely. We have had three dogs that we have taken to see Dan and MJ for the past 25 years and we have only good things to say about them as compassionate veterinarians and kind and caring individuals. They take the time to listen to you and engage with your pets and you never feel rushed. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I have been bringing my pets to Spring Creek Animal Hospital for more than 25 years. They have helped us through serious illnesses and injuries, performed countless surgeries, provided health and wellness information, and comforted us when we had to let our pets go. Our family hamsters, cats, dogs, and classroom rats, gerbils, and geckos have always received attention, kindness and caring here.

The vets here are amazing! We have taken all of our animlas here from exotics to dogs and we have recieved the best care imaginable. We have also had to put animals down at this clinic and the compassion and guidance is amazing. Dr. Dan is the most amazing person both as a vet and a friend and he has done amazing things for our rabbits and hamsters. Dr. Alex and Dr. Katharine are also both amazing and have helped us in many ways. We love Spring Creek!

From the second they answer the phone, help work with your schedule to get you an appointment, to meeting with the doctors and all the support staff! They are amazing! This place was so so wonderful! Our dog had a bad ear infection while at the cabin and we needed to address it quickly. The vets here are so nice and we left with a ton of information regarding his allergies along with medications to make him feel better immediately. The only wish we had is that this was our primary vet all the time. Highly recommend!
