Dr. Patterson is really a treasure for this community; he deeply cares about animals and has unparalleled experience. He takes so much time to understand the situation and explain it to the animal owner. Our dog is family to us, and we would do anything for him -- we are so grateful for Dr. Patterson's excellent care, and also that of all his colleagues.

Great experience here. While we were in town visiting family over the holidays, our dog developed some bad allergies and was in rough shape. The staff here was really friendly and accommodating on a busy holiday morning and took great care of us. The medication worked like a charm, and our pup was able to make the most of the rest of our trip.

My 14 and half year dog took a turn for the worse on a Thursday afternoon. We got an appointment with Ernie at 8:30 am Friday morning, xrays revealed a large tumor, ultrasound revealed it may be operable. I was given a range of possible outcomes from the surgery and within the hour he was operated on successfully. He was kept over night for observation (but I was offered the opportunity to see him on Friday evening as he came out anesthesia). Ernie came to my home on a Saturday to check on recovery and called again on Monday to check in again. This is unparalleled service. I have been a client for 11.5 years.

They took care of my pup and is the reason. Hes alive and doing well.. go to them first before any other vet in Jackson.

We have a twenty year old cat that suddenly lost control of his hind legs. Animal Care Clinic made time to see the cat that Friday afternoon. They did a very thorough and respectful exam. They gave us an explanation of what might have happened and what to look for without suggesting expensive testing. It was wonderful having a realistic analysis with out being required to do expensive analysis. Good old fashion service.

I am a retired veterinary technician of 30 Years. My pekingese was spayed and her injured leg treated. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my dog was handled gently. Very impressed with dr. Patterson. Recommend this clinic highly!

I went to the vet and everyone working was extremely helpful with me and my dog, they even did her exam outside because she is not very comfortable with other dogs around. Thank you guys!

Fortunately my dog has been very healthy so I only have to go in for check ups and annual vaccination but the team at Animal Care Clinic are very attentive and welcoming every time. Its very handy having email reminders and confirmations of when booster shots are due so that I don't have to worry about missing any.

The team at the Animal Care Clinic is always great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Ernie and the Animal Care Clinic staff are all wonderful. I love them so much that it sometimes brings tears to my eyes thinking of all the ways that they helped my dog (and me) over the years. When people come to town and they ask me who my vet is, I immediately rave about Ernie and everyone at Animal Care Clinic. I cannot recommend them enough. So loving and caring and thorough and straightforward. They are seriously the best.

We've taken our dogs, and even an injured duck, here for many years and can't say enough about this vet clinic. Dr. Patterson is exceptional with animals. The entire staff is kind, caring and supportive and they are great at follow-ups. They go way out of their way to care for our Pyrenees who dislikes going indoors and will even do check-ups and nail trims outside so as not to stress her. Four paws up for this clinic!

We were traveling through Jackson and one of our dogs wasn’t well. The clinic staff and vet were awesome. They were super friendly and helpful. Fortunately they were able to squeeze in a quick check up on my dog and run some tests. They even called to check up on Bo which was so nice. He is doing great and loves the food they suggested. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I've been going to ACC for over 15 years and Dr. Ernie has always treated our fur-babies with such gentle care. A few days ago we brought our Springer Spaniel in and Dr. Brittany took emergent care to stop the spread of grass see from burrowing further into the puppy's toes. Thanks to Cate for getting us in so quickly without an appointment. We love Animal Care Clinic!

The care our dogs recive is excellent. The staff go out of their way to help us understand our senior pup and the difficulties he is encountering as he ages with infirmities.

Dr. Carmichael saved our little rescued Maltese’s life in the middle of the night. We met him at his office where he diagnosed her with congestive heart failure (she could barely breathe). He saved her anyway. I’ll never forget that.

I spoke with Dr. Carmichael late at night - he was very thorough in his questions, determined she could wait until morning and while he had a surgery scheduled early the next morning - said he would see her if I could be there early. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough - Charlotte was sedated, a long thread wrapped around the base of her tongue and down her throat removed. She was on her way home by 10:30 a.m. The whole staff was great. Would definitely see them again and recommend their services. Excellent!

We have used ACC for years. I love taking our animals there because they treat them as we do as owners—as individual beings. They deliver conscientious and timely care. I’ve been there for both emergency and routine visits and have always felt that they cared about my pets and cared personally about finding solutions to enhance their health. Highly recommend!

We have always had amazing service from this clinic. Little things matter, for example, assistance with getting our dog in an out of the car. Such courteous and expert treatment. Dr Patterson-- thorough and quick to understand our pet's needs-- is delightful. He has a wealth of expertise!

Animal Care Clinic has a friendly and very positive support staff. The vetenarians and technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and very caring. We have been going there for 20 years!
