The absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet. My husband has been using this vet for dogs, cats, and even a few of the cows. My husband couldn’t say enough about how good they have been for him. We decided to bring our two year old stud over to get gelded on June 23rd. when picking him up his back legs were drenched in blood as if they didn’t care to try and clean him up after the procedure. My husbands only instructions from picking up our boy was “start walking him tomorrow” I called the next day frustrated to get information on what we should look for as far as infection or even what we should be giving him for pain. The receptionist was kind enough to give me the information. I received a call later explaining that dr Collin was claiming he gave very clear instructions when in fact he did not. After speaking to the on call vet she sounded shocked that he was not released with an anti-inflammatory/pain medication she was kind and helped us get some the next day when she would be in the clinic. I would like to know what kind of vet would let a horse leave without having discharge instructions in hand for the person leaving. Not just so we know what we should watch for rather then just claiming he verbally gave instructions when they did not. I’ve never been so disappointed and unsatisfied with the way a vet has cared for an animal.

They were good with our morkie. Pour little guy had an infected tooth. Only problem is when they got the results back from his biopsy they didn't call me. Only did I call them several weeks later when we had to take him to another vet to find out he had an incurable cancer. He lasted a week after that.

Beautiful facility. Quick service and returns on phone calls. Could have used a little more advice/information about continuing animal care at home, but I sense they would have answered questions via phone had they come up.

John Coplin did a wellness-exam on my border collie. Told me he had really good teeth for a 8 year old. The next day I notice droplets of blood. I checked his teeth and he has two rotten teeth, one completely cracked in half up to his gums. Cant miss it at all. I go in two days later on a Monday and John Coplin isn't there. I tell them my situation and why wasn't this pointed out. Since Coplin wasn't there they couldnt help me. I leave my name and number with them and I should get a call when he's in. One week later I call which is today he's on his lunch so I decided to go over to willow creek and talk to him in person. He told me I was wrong in the situation and that they don't check teeth for wellness exam. A different vet at the same location told me it's part of it also he told me if a tooth gets infected it could change the body temperature which could not cooperate with the vaccines that he's getting. So TWO people in the building told me that checking teeth is part of the wellness exam. John Coplin told me the lady at the front counter is wrong about it and she's not a vet. The whole time instead of talking to me he was getting frustrated and wanted me to leave. He gave me a refund for the wellness exam which I don't understand if I'm wrong. After lying to me and trying to get out of the situation. I explained to him why missing it could have been a bigger bill for me to pay which he makes more money off. He finally said he was wrong and that he was sorry. All for a bigger buck I'm guessing.

I would not take my Boston Terrier anywhere but Willowcreek and would recommend them to my friends with animals. They are great people. I would rate them 5 out of 5.

This is a difficulty review to write because it pertains to 2 areas of this office. The veterinarian (Owen Black) and the assistant were wonderful. Took my cat in for routine vaccinations and reviewed some concerns regarding her vomiting regularly when she eats. Suggested she may have a food sensitivity and prescription food was recommended. I was told I could purchase food through their office or if I went outside the prescription would be filled when the office received the request. I've use Chewy.com for years for convenience and sent in the request that day. Next, I get a phone call from the vet office telling me that there is a $25 fee to fulfill prescriptions outside of their office. When questioning this "fee" I was told it was the office manager that created the policy to encourage purchases from their retail pharmacy. Asked if I could pick up a written prescription and was told it is a $25 fee. CONSUMER BEWARE: Consumers should be informed of all fees before services are rendered so they have the right to choose who they use. This is a very poor business practice and knowing that they have "hidden" fees make me wary.

Always professional and very kind. I prefer to bring all my animals here when they need care. Beyond being friendly and caring, the medical work my animals have received has always been quality and fast to heal.

This place is absolutely AWESOME!!! From the front desk gals to the Vets - Dr. Abby Matthaeus & Dr. Owen Black they take/took such good care of my puppy "Harmony" and helped her feel so much better & especially helped her nervous, worried mom feel so much better and reassured that she would be okay, due to a bad mistake/experience with another office and vet. "We" will only be using Willowcreek Animal Hospital! ???? ????????

This weekend we had to put our wonderful elderly Doberman down on Sunday. I called Willowcreek and Dr Kershner answered. She was already at the clinic, so she waited for me. When I got there, she got a blanket and laid on the floor so Riley could lay on a blanket instead of being scared on a table. We sat down next to him and just petted and loved on him until he relaxed a little. He just went to sleep. She was kind and took the extra step of making Riley comfortable instead of doing what would work easier for her. I did not even think of it at the time. But she made a difference in a very difficult time. I cannot thank her enough.
