I've tried other animal hospitals and veterinarians. I personally like Vista Animal Hospital because they have never turned me away when we've had one of our fur babies need help. They fit us in every time we've had an emergency. They listen to what we've got to say and I can tell they truthfully care about my fur babies and how we feel! A++

My dog went in for a surgery. Came out happy, and with his nails trimmed, as well as his teeth whitened. Didn’t expect or ask for either of those things to be done. So I thank y’all a bunch!

Love Vista Vet Hospital! Dr. Bev is wonderful and I go to her for all the rescues I take in, that have walking problems. She does acupuncture on them and is upfront on whether it will help or not. She kept my Pug Odin walking for years....he could barely walk when he came to me at age 13. With the love and skills of Dr. Bev, he walked so much better...even ran a bit, until his passing 10 days after his 16th birthday. ????????????

We were taking both our dogs to Vista Animal Hospital, it was convenient and the reviews seem good. We were somewhat satisfied with the care, my only con at the time is not being allowed to go back with your animal while the doctor does an exam. It doesn't make any sense logically. Stop using COVID as the excuse, businesses have been operating for over a year and you're now just "slowly phasing" into owners being allowed to at least come in? Ridiculous. One of our dogs, began limping on her back leg. We immediately took her in where the doctor told us it was more than likely hip dysplasia or a possible old injury. This EXACT REASON is why it's so important for you to be with your pup during an exam. You can see what tests the doctor is doing to determine the diagnosis, ask questions, and advocate. I'm not a vet but I could tell it wasn't hip dysplasia, it was obvious it was a problem involving her knee. We paid for an x-ray, was given an anti inflammatory and was told to let her rest for two weeks. We did that. The injury of course resurfaced. We made another appointment. They wanted to do yet another x-ray for what reason? Something just felt off. I took her to another vet who knew within minutes she needed a TCLO surgery. It was in fact her knee. The doctor explained that there are specific criteria and she checked those boxes. I had sent the x-rays over from Vista and was told by the doctor they did a pretty bad job on the x-rays and because of that it really didn't show her much. That was also annoying. Do your job right! My advice is if you need a simple treatment, this is okay but I wouldn't recommend taking your animal here for anything other than your basics. How this doctor missed my dogs "tall tale signs" of the real problem..especially when it was VERY obvious with her symptoms is alarming. Either the doctor at Vista is not experienced, negligent or doesn't know how to do her job effectively. Like I said, my advice is only take your animals here for VERY basic care here but I wouldn't trust or recommend them with anything semi difficult or challenging.

My dog is a frequent flyer (cost of being a Dog Who Goes Hard, plus sensitive tummy issues). Vista Animal Hospital doctors and staff are unfailingly kind and competent. The fees are more than fair, and whenever possible, we are given choices about treatment.

The vets and techs are wonderful and knowledgeable.

The staff here is amazing! I love Dr. Wright and my Shiba is always excited to see her!

Dr. Bev is AWESOME!!! My dog comes back from apts happy as could be so I know he's treated well. Very reasonable pricing as well along with thorough testing to determine an issue. Would highly recommend to anyone!

this place is great, but i am not a fan of the social distancing policy they employ. i know all the other vets do it too, but that doesn't make it right. i am not going to pay all that money just to talk to an assistant and not the doctor. i have a bull terrier that is really afraid of smooth shiny floors. i would feel horrible if he freaked out on you and accidentally hurt someone because i wasn't there.

The doctor squeezed us in for our senior dog who had a terrible time with unknown issues. They observed her for the day and took excellent care of her, as well as spent a lot of time diagnosing. Very kind and understanding I highly recommend.
