What an awesome staff. They took great care of my fat cat and he was not there long at all.

Top tier vet service. Even with the covid restrictions they take the time to call and talk through everything virtually. They take the time to explain what's going on with your cat(s) and what options for them could help in various ways without being pushy. We are very happy to have this great vet for our cats!

We have been using this place for many years. They always remember our cats and I would say they love them almost as much as we do.

They took good care of my anxious cat, who was terrified to leave my house. Also, they are taking covid seriously, which seems rare in Boise. I'm very thankful for both of these things.

Fantastic experience here, they do great with both our cats and the price is fantastic, especially considering that they only do cats. One of our cats does very poorly with vet visits but they were so sweet with her.

My kitty had a little emergency and they were so helpful and caring right off the bat. When pumpkin's exam and tests were finished the vet explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. My baby is feeling better and I feel at ease knowing she will be taken care of at the Boise Cat Clinic.

They do care, but it is expensive, and it can feel like they are always pushing you to spend more.

We just love Boise Cat Clinic. They take such good care of our fur babies. They really love kitties and it shows in the work they do. I would highly recommend bringing your kitties here because the kind and gentle staff will treat them like they are their own.

They have been consistent and caring about my cat Falcor’s health issues. I knew he needed an antibiotic and they listened. He is doing better now and I hope his improvement continues

My elderly cat had major dental surgery and cleaning. Had 14 teeth removed. BCC folks made sure surgery was safe on my 16 year old cat. He is recovering beautifully. They were there every step of the way. I am confident in their care.

A year ago BCC helped me take care of our cat Tinkerbell's unexpected death when I was a mess with grief. Today I took in our new kitty, Ash, that we got with some health problems. They were great at explaining what needed to happen for us to get him better.

Our feline family has been seen at the Boise Cat Clinic for about five years. Throughout this time we have been exceptionally pleased with the care all of our cats have received from every staff member- reception to veterinarian. Both the humans and the cats in our family have been treated with dignity and respect, and the veterinary staff clearly explains their recommendations, including price. We have never felt pressure to spend beyond our means, nor have we felt shamed when we are not able to immediately schedule pricier procedures. It always feels as if each appointment is customized to the cat that is scheduled for that day, and the Dr. Roller and Dr. Irwin provide an exceptional continuity of care, especially for some of our cats with more complex medical issues. Both doctors have contacted us after business hours to explain lab results or check in on sick kitties. The whole clinic gives the feeling of truly caring about their clients. No one wants to face the day when it is time to say good-bye to a pet, but when it was time for our beloved Emily and Willie to cross the rainbow bridge, everyone was incredibly compassionate and patient. We were allowed to remain with them as long as we needed on both occasions and every effort was made to ensure that Emily's and Willie's best interests, comfort, and dignity were paramount. As others have said, the clinic is clean, quiet, well organized, and set up with the needs of cats in mind. Every exam is "tip to tail," meaning that each body system of the cat is examined and explanation is provided along the way. Accommodations are made for shy or frightened cats, including splitting procedures/vaccines across multiple days and providing towels during the exam so that only the part being examined is in view. We are so thankful that we've found the Boise Cat Clinic and cannot imagine taking our cats anywhere else.

Dr. Roller and staff like Daniel, Emily, Christie, Katie are so wonderful and caring. My kitty was having a life or death illness if not treated. My other vet only offered pain medication but Dr. Roller diagnosed. They are the safest veterinary around! All your check in is done outside during the pandemic, which is so safe. I find this vet and staff always to be comforting.

Came in clearly devastated and brought in two kittens one who just by glancing at him you could tell he needed help. The lady at the front said she'd have to talk to the doctor then left and I waited roughly 10-15 minutes and was informed that because it was their short closing day they couldnt see either cat. It was well over two hours before they closed at this point. Disgusting.

The staff from front desk to doctor are great. Very professional, kind & welcoming. It was an extremely calm there today, which in turn eased me & even my kitty Gracie Lu. Thank you Dr. Irwin & staff!!

All the staff here is professional and they will answer any questions you have. Pricing is reasonable in my opinion. My favorite thing is that you can tell that they love cats and want them to live their best life.

I cannot recommend Boise Cat Clinic enough. From the caring staff to the level of care, the treatment my cat and I received were second-to-none. Jeanette was very helpful with check-in, and as a first-time client, made us feel incredibly welcome. When it came time for the check-up, Courtney did a fantastic job keeping my nervous kitty calm during the assessment. Dr. Roller was resourceful and professional, explaining each step, going over the lab results, and providing recommendation that worked best. Treatment cost was reasonable and comprehensive, with affordable options available.
