I Spent $60 just to get my dogs hair basically washed which I can do for $12 or for free myself at other grooming places. When I walked in I was four dogs that were just in this running around and my dog is not dog friendly. It smells awful in there and it just seemed rather unprofessional. I very rarely leave reviews but they didn’t even blow dry him and he’s a husky. He doesn’t smell like they used anything on him. I’m disappointed and frustrated I took him here.

My Pyrenees has been going there for a couple years and I have never been disappointed. They always do a fantastic job and very affordable!

Got my dog's nails clipped here. They did an excellent job the tech was super fast so it didn't stress my dog out. Will be back for sure. Prices were reasonable too. $15.00 bucks for a nail trim.

I've been taking my dogs there for the past couple years (both 30-50lb poodle mixes), and I've been really happy with the results. There have been two times when I didn't think the haircut turned out great, but every other time the dogs come home looking beautiful. They have been very busy lately, and so it's been taking them longer than their usual 4 hours to groom my dogs (up to 8 hours once). However I found that if I schedule my appointment in the early afternoon then they still finish within 4-5 hours as they close at 6.

The women at Dapper Dog made my dog "look like a new man"! I had them give him the "Summer cut" just in time and he looked great. I'll go back to them again.

Nice place, dogs appear to be treated well. Weeks out for grooming when I called.

If you ever want to feel like your corgi just spent the last couple of hours at the barbershop shootin' the sheets, talking about stocks and bonds, this is the place to go. He always leaves with a new sense of confidence, smelling like a gent from the 60s where he needs to come home and rub the smell off in the grass to keep his mates from finding out he's been out playing the field.

I took my yorkie in, finally feeling somewhat comfortable during Covid. I was immediately met with staff not wearing masks. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I should’ve just left. Then I left my dog and was called back 4.5 hours later, which I expected. When I picked my dog up his hair was so choppy and awful. My husband did a better job with our buzzer at home during the lockdown. And then I was met with a $60 bill. My dog is 7 lbs. this shocked me. I won’t be back. Unprofessional, bad hair cut and a high price. Just unnecessary.

Wow, whoever answers the phone line here deserves to be retrained. Extremely rude and hung up on me. Do not recommend doing business with them. Would rather cut my dogs nails myself, very unprofessional people.

We had a wonderful experience taking our bernedoodle dog here. Everyone was pleasant to talk to, very responsive when we called in to check on him and his hair turned out wonderful. We would highly suggest!

I previously had been going to Dapper Dog for several years with my pup with normally phenomenal service. This last visit my dog was there for 7 hours and he immediately had to go out to relieve himself when we arrived at home. It seemed as though he had not been let out and I am not sure if he had been given water. Nails were not trimmed well, he did not look nearly as good as the previous visits. I am very sad to have to leave a poor review because I had appreciated Dapper Dog’s services and how they treated my pooch until this last appointment.

This was our puppy's first grooming. They treated her very well. She was reluctant to leave with us. She is groomed beautifully.

This was my dog Rosie's first time at The Dapper Dog. She was shaking like a leaf when we arrived but soon calmed down thanks to the caring folks at Dapper Dog. Dapper Dog did an amazing, job. Other groomers I have tried are done in less than 2 hours. Dapper Dog spent 4+ hours and it showed. Rosie and I will definitely be back!

The ladies at the Dapper Dog love my dog and treat him well, and he always comes home looking his best.

I was in a pinch and pressed for time. After calling over half a dozen groomers, Dapper Dog came through and was able to accommodate my pup. They did a wonderful job trimming back his overgrown fur and still keeping his adorable "personality" intact. I highly recommend this place for your pet's grooming needs.

Today was our first time at The Dapper Dog and we had a 5 star experience. My dog has major anxiety anytime he goes to the groomers which I explained when I dropped him off. They were very understanding and attentive to his needs. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked for. He was happy when I picked him up and he looks darling!

I have never left a negative post, but felt that based on service that my mini-schnauzer received, I had to leave a word of warning for others. My husband dropped off our girl to be groomed with instructions and even a picture of what we wanted. Very few were followed. Her coat and eye brows were cut unevenly, her ears were not cleaned out, and her skirt layers on her legs were a mess. We asked if her eye lashes could be left untouched, but they were cut. Her nails looked like they were barely trimmed...extremely long still and many cut at an angle that made them sharp. When I called to complain, I was given one excuse that she was very matted...not true! My mini had a messy coat, but not as matted as the groomer stated over and over again and used as an excuse to charge us more. I also felt that the groomer didn't like the way my dog behaved. I was told that I could bring her back in, but I'd have to leave her again for 4 hours to make corrections. My mini schnauzer has never come back from a groomer as shaken and unhappy as this time so I will not be bringing her back for more...not worth it. Based on price and service, I won't use Dapper Dog again.
