It's the best, really. I took my dog to another vet and she did not get better after weeks of treatment and a vet bill over 800 dollars . I went to pets first where my daughter takes her pets and my dog got better in no time. The staff there are so awesome. Love them all.

Dr. McKown and staff are an incredibly compassionate team. They truly care about their patients as well as the patient’s owners. I will never go anywhere else.

Don't take your pets here. I recently had my pet neutered. They quoted me $390.00, and walked out paying $690.00. They charged us for things that wasn't needed. Didn't explain any of these before done. Other clinics told me I was ripped off. I sent fiancé to get stitches removed and he told them to make it right by reimbursing me and make that right. And we haven't seen any of that. I won't be taking any of my pets here for them being dishonest.

I took my puppy there, and had the first shot, and deworming medicine. Very next day he started getting sick. After three days from the shot i took back at the clinic then pronounced infected with parvovirus. I left my puppy through doctor’s concern to be cured the disease. Then after two days other doctor called and said he is dead. My son and wife cried a lot. We miss Max(puppy) everyday at our home. I don’t know what happened to our Max but very big part is that was puppy, and more years to live.The treatment under professional Vetaneary doctor, and teams is very concern, and mystery for us.

I recently found a dog and called the clinic to see if they knew who his owners are, and even though they did not recognize him from the description, they asked me to bring him in so they could check for a microchip and perhaps locate his owners that way. that was a very kind thing to do (especially free of charge!) the people there were great and I would feel comfortable taking my dogs there if needed.

They were a bit booked out when I called for a wash and de-shedding, but I have to say the process was incredibly easy and the staff was awesome. I'll definitely be trying them again for the next grooming experience. And the prices were great!

Been my furkids doctor for over 35yrs!! Dr Michael is the best. Vets are spendy, but the care my kids get here is the priority. Love the entire staff of happy people who care about you and your pets!

They always know how to go in above and beyond for my pet. I didn't realize I got vaccines from a different clinic. They called gotten updated back sent over and we got them done same day. Highly recommend

Not great customer service and they lost the chart for my dog and didn't have the right stuff documented when they found the chart.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I really like Dr. Christopher. He is easy to talk to, listens to my concerns and communicates his information and recommendations extremely well. I would definitely give this Animal Clinic an A+

I took my cat in to get groomed February 9th 2021. I asked to have her sedated because she will not let me brush her. She is a long hair calico,beautiful.NOT anymore she is suffering from alopecia induced by stress. The girl who did the grooming said it took 3 persons to hold her down. I asked why they did not wait for the sedation to kick in? I was charged $209 and they did not clip her nails. Now she looks like s..t . Her hair will not grow back.

Took my Cat in for a checkup and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly how to make the animal feel safe and calm. The evoriment was clean and friendly, and the overall experience was amazing. I will certainly be returning, and I will most definitely be recommending to everyone I can. 5/5 stars

I've used both their Vet services and grooming services and have always been treated very well, and both my dogs get treated like family when there.

Dr Mckown is such a caring doctor. I only met him twice, but I'm very glad that I've switched to this Veterinary Clinic. He cares about your animal, but doesn't push unnecessary tests.

Recently changed vets and now going here for my two Bernese Mtn dogs. We also had to put down our 20 y/o cat last Fall. I really appreciate the kindness and compassion of Dr. Christophel and staff. Very personable and easy to talk to.
