My cat was never more calm at the Vet. They really took good care of her.

The only place that I could find that would take my duck as a patient. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love taking my pupper here, they are polite and professional with me, and gush over Frankie. They are great about sharing knowledge. As well they are super affordable and do what they can to reduce cost on pet parents.

Dr Metos is the best! And offers care to exotics. Thank you East Gate for having her! She is always thorough, takes time to answer questions, and really cares about your pet.

Eastgate veterinary was amazing when I had to say goodbye to my cherished 17 year old chihuahua. Their compassion and kindness was really appreciated. Follow up with a thoughtful card and footprints on a rainbow bridge print brought tears to my eyes. This is a team that really cares!

okay I absolutely absolutely love this pet clinic they answer every single one of my questions every single time they don't make me feel like I'm inconveniencing. I usually bring my own treats and they completely accommodate me and my main girl when it comes to grain free treats! They're taking their precautions for the covid-19 extremely serious which makes me feel extremely comfortable! The way they handle my girl from the beginning has given me complete faith in them! The last clinic I was at with my other dog before he passed away complete 360 compared to these guys night and day. The doctor here is extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable the technicians are amazing it's the best clinic in Boise!

We changed to Eastgate Pet Clinic several years ago because we felt our previous pet clinic were more interested in finding ways to bill us rather than taking good care of our pets. Eastgate Pet Clinic has never given us that impression. On the contrary, they we feel that truly care about our pets and to do that they keep costs very reasonable so we can afford their excellent services. They are wonderful at keeping the special food we need for our Dunken on hand.

I had a dog that my vet and I had agreed that his end time had come. Unfortunately, the vet had gone camping for a week and in the meantime my dog had taken a dramatic turn for the worse. I called Eastgate after reading the reviews. Best decision ever! They took me in on short notice even though I wasn't a regular client. The entire ordeal of losing a loved dog was handled in a thoroughly professional and compassionate manner. Thank you very much Eastgate Pet Clinic.

EXCELLENT VETERINARY SERVICE IN EVERY ASPECT After reading all reviews on Google and Yelp, I then visited each of the 4 local vet clinics in my area. I settled on Eastgate. The reviews were nearly all 5 star, and the few that were not were due to reasons other than care or costs. Eastgate is a small friendly operation compared with the other nearby clinics that had many vets and a huge staff, but that makes it hard for them to get to know your pet. I felt lost due to the size of those facilities, and thus felt quite at home in the warm and personable environment at Eastgate, a good reason for anyone to choose them. I first checked the costs for common visits: checkups, vaccines, nail clips, teeth cleaning, etc. EASTGATE services were less across the board compared to the others and a big PLUS, is this clinic does not pad bills, add extraneous costs, nor try to sell you anything, which is a big turn-off to me and mentioned by several reviewers of the other vet clinics. The front end office was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the wait for my appt was reasonable. The clinic offers many services and appointments can be booked online on their easy-to-use website. New patient records can also be filled out online. These aspects were my second reason for choosing them, so I booked an appt. After meeting the veterinarian, the experience was all I hoped it would be. Dr. Cieszynski and his vet techs are calm and not rushed, making thema pleasure to work with. Dr. C has decades of experience. I have worked as a vet tech in the past and know good practices when I see them. They also emphasize techniques from the Fear Free method of interacting with the pet patient, which was great relief for my dog who doesn't like cold exam tables and quick movements. He was able to easily receive a checkup and his vaccination updates without his typical nervousness. Overall, I highly recommend EASTGATE VET CLINIC. Check them out with a visit for yourself, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I've taken my cat Sweetie to Eastgate Pet Clinic for 10 years now and even boarded him there a few times, and I can say absolutley the staff are the best! My cat has always been very shy of people and hides whenever company comes by. But at Eastgate, they are calm and gentle with him and Sweetie is just great! I can't rave enough about Eastgate.
