Love this place! Staff is very friendly and not a bad price for do it yourself dog washing. Definitely going back soon. Made it so easy to wash my dogs without killing my back in the process.

Took our dog in for her scheduled appointment, which was scheduled (weeks in advance) at her first and last grooming appointment with them. When I show up with her, the lady at the counter said she was not on their schedule. She then went to their computer and said that our dog was not even in their system. She proceeded to look through some paper cards and she found our information. However, she continued by saying as our dog was not on the schedule, she could not guarantee she would be groomed by the time I needed to pick her up. I am not going to leave her there in a kennel all day to see if she can possibly get groomed. The lady did not even apologize for their error and was not even polite through the entire situation. It was their error, not mine.

Love this place for the self wash! I‘ve never used their grooming services, but their self grooming station is great. They don’t have a time limit so I was able to give my dog a deep wash (for an awesome price!) and brush for the summer. The staff were friendly. I’ll be back!

I took my labradoodle in for some grooming, and they did awesome!! Super good job for a really good price.

We did a self-wash for my GSD who HATES bath time. The facilities made it SO EASY to wash my girl without the normal hassle of washing her at home. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Edit: We came back and brought our GSD and my daughter’s Husky. Both HATE bath time! But this place makes it SO EASY! And both dogs weren’t anxious or nervous about getting groomed here. It’s a GREAT value for your money. I paid $24 to self-wash both large dogs and received PLENTY of soaps, detangling solutions, combs/brushes, and EVERYTHING we would need to make our pups look AMAZING! I can’t even describe how much loose fur we were able to get out of their undercoats! With the power dryer, it looked like a snow globe tornado of fur! I won’t have to worry about shedding for quite a while.

I was a walk-in for nail trimming and filing. The dog groomer was a friendly guy, I did forget his name, but he had a great smile, pleasant attitude, and he was so kind to both my dogs. My first dog was not scared and she sat patiently, it took him about 5 min to trim and file her nails. My second dog was very anxious and panting a lot. The groomer was very patient and waited for my dog to settle, his nail trim and file took longer but it was because the groomer was treating him very well. I will come back to trim and file their nails here. Oh. And they were very COVID-19 safe. They wore masks, stayed 6-feet apart, and ensured to wipe down the counter. Great place to groom your fur-babies.

My dogs are treated well here and they do an excellent job. A wee bit pricey for large dogs or long hairs. They also do kitties!

The Treasure Valley's most amazing groomers! Kimber and staff have been grooming my 1.5 year old Parson Russell Terrier from day one. He has a broken coat that requires hand stripping. Few understand the technique and offer it on this level of expertise. My pup loves his trip to Marcie n Mack. Always greeted by name and allowed to find his favorite toy (the rubber chicken) in the box of toys. He comes home looking PERFECT every time. I highly recommend Marcie n Mack for their professional skills, reasonable prices, clean and tidy shop with super easy parking and THEY LOVE DOGS!

Our Portuguese Water Dog has been going to Marci-N-Mack his whole life, 8 years. I so appreciate the care they give him. Most recently Kimber pointed out a lump between his toes and has kept an eye on it over the past 4 groomings, on Wednesday she pointed out it had grown considerably since last appointment. I know I know, I’m a bad mom for not noticing it myself! I’m happy to report Leo was cleared by his vet today with a report of no cancer. Leo will never go to another groomer.

Where to begin! I dropped my dogs off at about 8:15am on my way into work. This was their first time visiting this dog groomer & obviously unfamiliar with this place. In all my previous experiences, when there are new dogs the groomers take the time to introduce themselves to the dogs, let them get familiar & build a rapport. Not at Marcie & Mack! Without a word to either of my dogs, they were pulled back & placed straight in a kennel. Not a huge deal but still not the best introduction(All while she was greeting other dogs by name & being overly friendly). I was then asked when I would be picking up my dogs & I stated 5:00pm, as I had work that day. Fast forward to that afternoon & I showed up at 4:45 to pick up my dogs. As I walked in one of my dogs was still on the grooming table. I said hello to him & the groomer, to which I was greeted with a sharp "He's still got another 40 minutes," reply. I said ok & asked if I could take my other dog, who was done, out for a walk while I wait. She nodded yes & I waited another 5 minutes for another employee to bring me my dog. Rightfully so he was very excited to see me. Once she say him being excited she very rudely said, "You need to leave bc you're making this dog too excited." At this point I took my dog for a walk & waited in my car for 25 minutes. After that point I went back into the waiting room to wait the remainder of the time. After ANOTHER 25 minutes went by, we are at 45 minutes past the point of when they said they would be done grooming, someone finally checked me out. The cost was more than expected, quite a bit more than I have ever paid to have my dogs groomed. I asked what the time break down was & she said 1:45 per dog. I said "that was to be expected but since I have now been waiting for 45 minutes past the point you gave me for completion, do I get a discount of any form?" This questions was met with blank stares. So I left it alone & paid my bill. After 50 minutes past 5:00pm, my second dog was finally done. The head breeder, Kim, brought him over to me & handed me his leash without a word!! No thank you for bringing them in, I apologize for being late or even as much of a we will see you next time!!! I said thank you & exited the premises. I am APPALLED at the lack of customer service, gratitude and in general, common sense these women showed in a very much referral driven business! I will NEVER be taking my dogs back here & I will most certainly never refer anyone for their business. I come from a family of airedales (6 in total) & we have also bred this breed for others. This place is entirely over priced ($225 for 2 dogs & 9 hours at their salon) but much worse & more importantly, they lack the intelligence to follow the utmost important rule of business, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!

This place is the best! There are 3 self-wash stations, one of them has a built in hydraulic so you can raise your dog up as high as you need to without blowing your back out! They're one of the only groomers around certified by the National Board of Dog Grooming, they know all the breed standards and are well connected in the pet community of the Treasure Valley, and they're competitively priced!

1st time. They have 2 Uwash booths that are great! You pay before you use. They supplied 2 shampoos and ear cleaning. WE Will be going back again. The nicest place i have used. Makes me want to have a booth like that at home.

They supplied same equipment and products groomers used. There was no wait for do it your self dog wash.

My Biscuit loves going here. He knows where he's going to when we pull out of the driveway. Kimber treats him like royalty every time. We're customers for life!
