Dr. Squires always does a excellent job with my "Betsy". He always takes time and checks her over very professional.

We love Hendricks. Can't recommend enough. Besides my own confidence in them and positive experiences, our animals have been through the ringer with Hendricks on their side (emergency surgery for our cat, and spaying our puppy, and shots all around) but both animals are still somehow always happy when they get to go in and say hi to everyone. It's heartwarming.

We have two dachshunds, one very old and one very young, and my son’s family has had dogs treated by them as well. Our experiences with the doctors, techs and staff have all been very positive, and compassionate. They listen. They respond. And they follow through. Our old doggie is crippled, and they are doing their best to ensure his quality of life for however much time he has left. Even in years where the only saw our pups for an annual checkup and nothing else, the staff remembers us and the pups. That’s dedicated service.❤️

We have been going here for years. They have very compassionate, professional staff and we highly recommend. They are also very good about being realistic about likely outcomes, so that you know if a procedure is worth spending the money for your pet.

Dr. Patterson and her tech were so friendly, welcoming and kind - to both me and my dog! I felt like they truly enjoyed meeting and treating my dog, and they took their time with us, making sure they answered any questions or concerns. We felt very comfortable there, and trusted Dr. Patterson’s care!

We have been going to Hendricks for 3 years and we constantly receive conflicting information. I really do not believe they care about my dog at all. Just yesterday, our dog went in for surgery for a cracked tooth and was given a vaccine she's not supposed to have due to severe allergic reactions prior. There is even a note in her file from her previous Vet that she is exempt from this vaccine. They gave it to her anyway, even after I called and said "DO NOT GIVE HER THAT SHOT". I was told at the time she had not yet received the shot, but it turns out they lied to me directly when she had in fact been given the vaccine. Thankfully, our pups is Ok, but this situation could have been completely avoided if they would just read the patients file or at least listen to the pet owners directions. I am very disappointed in their service and lack of responsibility for anything that can go wrong. As I was told that if we had to take Ripley in to the ER (WestVet) the manufacturer is responsible for upto $5000.00. In other words, they would not be responsible at all for giving her the shot she's never supposed to have. We will be looking for another Vet.

Too Expensive but great people

We have been bringing our pets to Hendricks for years and have always been pleased with their vet services. We recently had serious health issues arise with our beloved pup and the staff and doctors and Hendricks were compassionate and helpful throughout everything we went through. I can’t thank them enough for their care and support through the most difficult of times.

Dr. Patterson is an honest vet that explains everything and asks for your input before performing procedures. She has also had to deliver me bad news about my pups hip but did so very eloquently and sympathetically. Front desk staff are always pleasant and accommodating of my shy pup. Will be bringing my dogs here every time.

Joel is always good. Quiet, gentle and caring. He's a wonderful vet.

Olive went in for a dental extraction, which she did not have to have! I was called and explained what was going on. Good pre-procedure and post procedure information. Calm and friendly staff. Thank you so much

They are some of the best people in the valley o yeah plus excellent vets my dogs love them. The payment plans are great to help people monthly rather then a large some out of pocket once a year.

Transferred to Hendricks less than a year ago. We have 2 dogs and have visited at least 3 times. Every visit is positive, even with COVID-19 procedures things were smooth. Prices are reasonable. Couldn't ask for better! Update Nov 2021: Another annual visit, another positive experience!

This vet is amazing they make my dog feel comfortable. Its one of the few that i have taken my dog to that he hasnt had a panic attack. They seem to know what there doing and take good care of my dog. Highly recommend this vet.

They need money, your money, and they do what they can to get it.

I was traveling through Boise, and my dog needed to be seen as she was struggling to walk. At a local hiking area some local dog owners recommended this place. We were excited when their website says they accept walk-Ins. After reading about the founder of this clinic we were sure we had found the right place. That could not have been more wrong! We walked in 15 minutes after they opened, and were quickly informed they were full, and couldn’t see our dog. The unfriendly girl at the front desk wrote down two other vets to possibly take her to, and basically shooed me out the door. I can’t help but think the founder of this place would be rolling over in his grave by the unprofessional and unfriendly service we received. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They obviously don’t stand by what they say they stand for, and they don’t really accept walk-Ins as their website says.

I was not able to see the Vet. I had made an appointment twice. My cat got away from me Twice! I called to see about another appointment, when I was told by this Vet's office*** They Charge a Cancellation Fee! $50. I asked them to send me the bill~! I did not make another appointment!
