I've been taking my dog here for three years now and would definitely recommend them! Very friendly staff and overall have had consistently great experiences! Would recommend this location and Dr. Zahller without hesitation! Update: 5/10/21 I still can't recommend this place enough. They are busy and for good reason. They have great people and are very reasonable/rationale. Can't thank them enough for what they do for our pets.

Always take my animals here over the other Vets. Great service and have always taken best care of our animals. Downside is they are often busy.

All my pets have been treated here. So wonderful and attentive. Truly incredible doctors for your animals and you won't ever have a worry even if you have to leave them in their care for any amount of time.

Very dissatisfied that I could not go in with my dog on his first visit. During the pandemic, I am allowed to go to a people doctor visit with a family member. Prices are very high for lab work. I can not comment on the doctor because it is very hard to tell about the reaction of my dog with the doctor on the phone. I do not even know if the lab work was done as my dog did not have any evidence that labs were even drawn. I will not be going back.

I have been taking my dog to the Pet Doctor for coming on 8 years now and this is the only place I have ever taken her as I have never felt the need to go anywhere else. Recently this has completely changed and I would not recommend anyone to come here. I enjoy the doctors and the nurses that work here and feel like they actually care about the animals which is great but the front office staff is absolutely horrible!!! They have wasted my time multiple times now. They have very poor communication skills, they are unprofessional, and are honestly just plain rude. A couple months ago I drove to and from this place 4-5 times in one day due to the front office staff. This is such a waste of my time/gas money and they act like they don’t care and do not even apologize or recognize they made a mistake and fix it, as it has happened again. I have driven there multiple times now AGAIN due to the front office staff and I will now after 8 years be looking for a new vet.

One of the best places to take ferrets. The doctor seems very well informed about ferrets and the types of diseases or conditions prevalent to them. She seemed to have an idea right away what the issue our ferret was suffering from and even took the extra step to test for others conditions he may have had. I highly recommend for small pets/ferrets.

Great place to take your dog. The nurses were really sweet to my dog. Helping her calm down and relax while she was getting looked at. Front desk staff is great at answering questions.

I cannot think of a single reason not to express the deepest satisfaction and express a direct recommendation for Doctor Donerkiel and The Pet Doctor's professional, courteous, skilled, and caring empathetic staff. I have had animals from rabbits to cats to dogs of many sizes over the years seen by these experts in their trade craft and specialty in compassion. The Pet Doctor's staff will always treat you with the upmost respect, integrity, honesty, candor, and shows deference to your decisions. There prices the best bargain I've ever experienced for the quality of pet care. The facility is sanitized beyond standards I've seen to me at bipedal hospitals. It's layout is completely conducive to your leashed, carrier kennel enclosed, or cage enclosed pet. The Pet Doctor's waiting area provides ample room for your pet to wait peacefully for their appointment. On a personal note, I've been going to The Pet Doctor for years. In that time, I've had a few pets move onto their deserved reward as a great pet and "shuffle off their mortal coil". The Pet Doctor treated each pet individually, showing honor to our decision informing us truthfully, integrally, and with candor the options available as well as outcomes and expenses. I appreciate every personal touch they offered in our time of sorrow at our loss. I appreciate them greatly for that. I recommend The Pet Doctor for skill, professionalism, politeness, empathy, cleanliness. True upmost treatment by amazingly talented medical personnel for patient and the bipedal caregiver normally of said patient. The Pet Doctor is spectacular.

We have seen almost every vet here and we appreciate all of them. The front desk staff are kind, and the layout of the waiting room is conducive to a friendly and relaxing atmosphere which is crucial to a low stress experience for our pets.

We've been using this vet practice for over 20 years. Excellent customer service, they really care for our pets and are always willing to spend time answering our questions and concerns. They've treated everything from lizards, quinea pigs, a cat, and 4 of our dogs over the years. Convenient parking, easily accessed. Great staff and doctors. We'll sure miss them when we move.

I just have to say I'm very impressed with the staff and the doctor at this Vet office. They were very professional and took the time to get to know my dog... A 66lb 8 month old GSD who's energy knows no bounds. After taking him to another vet for treatment I was nervous about bringing him to a new vet because he is a handful. And while the previous vet took care of his ailments I left there feeling very unhappy about the way he and I were treated. It was a highly stressful situation. The vet and assistant here put me at ease and even though my pup was still a handful, they were far more patient with him than the previous vet. By the time they checked everything out, answered all my questions, and gave two vaccinations they had earned my trust, and more importantly my pups trust. He ended up making two new friends today where at the other vet he just left frightened and stressed, so stressed in fact he expressed his anal gland in self defense! I would highly recommend the Pet Doctor!!! They're awesome and affordable! Most definitely our new vet!
