My dog has had good experiences with two of the three Veterinarians. And the last experience wasn't terrible at all. It just wasn't the experience I had received prior. My dog is no angel. He was abused when I got him and I have worked with him to overcome his triggers. We still have work to do. But I felt let down when one of the services I require is being passed on to another business. I don't have plans of moving my primary care to another business, but I felt that my dog wasn't prioritized for help. He was just passed onto another Vet.

Inexpensive high quality care. Our vet spent so much time with our pup and took my concerns to heart and was thorough. Such a pleasure!

Scraps had to get his yearly shots and nails clipped. I expected him to sleep but he was his normal self. The Vet. is very gentle with him. Well be taking him back when needed.

Critter Clinic has taken good care of many of my dogs over the years. Friendly and trustworthy.

My senior dog was not acting himself and I got really worried. The kind and caring staff got me in for a same day appointment and treated both my dog and me so kindly! The vet was very understanding and provided me with several options. I felt the prices were fair and best of all - my dog was feeling much better the next day!

I honestly feel like the experiences I have had at this clinic are the best I've ever had with a vet and staff.

I’ve taken a few of my cats here with great experiences. But I recently took my most shy and scared cat here. I was worried she would like claw and bite, as I can’t even hold her. They were amazing in knowing animal behavior and keeping my cat comfortable. My cat did so well. Definitely recommend for anyone with cats.

I’ve been in SEVERAL times with many different animals. After searching my name, my fathers name, and two animals, she still couldn’t find a profile for me and at this point was wasting my time. She claimed they are not taking new patients at this time so if I don’t have a profile, I’ll have to go somewhere else. I asked if there was a bet she recommended and she said, “any of them.” Well I know some vets aren’t as good as others, so I was asking if she even had an opinion and she was very short with me during the whole conversation on the phone. Overall just very rude and unprofessional. 3 members of my family have brought animals into that center for care and all of a sudden we just don’t exist in the system? Odd. Lady was very rude. Doubt I’ll have any of my family come back there.

I love the dedication and friendliness of the team at the Critter Clinic. They understand how important your pet is to you. I will not go anywhere else.

Ive been taking my pets to Critter Clinic for over 16 years, yesterday my baby cat got into something and has a huge infection on his chin called Critter Clinic which is right next door, they refused to see my cat because they had a problem finding our information in their system. I have had seven different pets in there In the last 16 years. Thank you Critter Clinic I will never call or refer you again you can count on this. And dont worry my poor cat can suffer through until tomorrow when I will take him to someone who cares. Ada Animal Hospital. PS only putting 1 star because I cant post without it.0 stars for you

Best vet clinic in Boise. I left other vets because they were basically used car salesmen. The vets here care about animals first and foremost and give you honest recommendations based on helping your animal and not based on how much money they can make off of you.

Truly the best vet I've ever taken my animals to. Took our cat in for a bump on his leg. The vet came in, and calmed him down, and took a look and diagnosed a cyst. They took him in the back, cleaned it up, gave us antibiotics, and recommended he stay inside for the week. The whole thing took less than a half an hour, didn't break the bank, and our cat didn't freak out, which he usually does. The best part is the doctor called me back the next day, and again three days later to check on him. I've never experienced that kind of care and follow up before, and it made us into return customers immediately.
