I have been going here for over ten years and have always been happy with the Vets and the staff. Building is always clean with easy parking. This clinic has never tried to up sell me services or products. Just honest veterinarian care.

Do NOT bring any kind of an emergency to them on a Saturday morning at 8am when they open. After waiting for them to open then another hour for the vet to come in only to be told. She will not have time for you today! I had to drive to Jerome where she got immediate emergency surgery. In the meantime I wasted 2 hours waiting for them when I could have had her fixed by the time the reception turned ne away. Not happy at all. Wanted to just shove us is a cold room. When my 7 week old pup needed a vet now ????. Never again!

My special needs service dog was a complex case to understand why he was sick. 2 vets and all the staff were so caring and considerate of both Walla and myself. When he passed (and they tried everything but there was internal trauma from old injuries because he was rescued), they sent flowers and later a card with handwritten condolences. When I adopt another dog, they are the only vet I will go to. Highly recommend if you want real, caring people.

I wish I had taken my pet here first instead of All Valley. The vet at All Valley misdiagnosed her and caused her to be permanently disfigured. The vet at Animal Medical Center immediately diagnosed the bacterial infection she had and started treatment. Unfortunately it was too late for her to use her leg by the time I got her to a competent vet.

New to the area and woke up to our dog with a puffy, gunk eye. I was able to get in same day and they took great care of her!! Everybody was very nice and their prices are good. Thankful to have a new vet that we like and obviously loves animals!

Amazing vet and has very good stuff very friendly and also does the spay and neuter for Happy Jack's cats this has been a great experience so far I have dropped off my girls and tomorrow I get to go pick them up all done chipped vaccines and Spade already loving it so so thankful thank you to all of you there at Animal Medical Center out in Boise

Our pets receive excellent professional and loving care at the Animal Medical Center. We are so happy that we discovered Dr German! She doesn't make you feel guilty if you want your cat de-clawed and does a fine safe procedure. She has given successful treatment on routine procedures for both kitten and puppy. She has extracted teeth, neutered and spayed both kitten and puppy. She has advised us in training and curbing undesirable habits our pets tried to acquire. Our pets and we have received excellent care and advise at Animal Medical Center. Dr German and her staff are THE BEST.

We took our young cat into the Animal Medical Center and they did a great job. We had our young cat spayed, shots and a chip implanted. They were very profession and I highly recommend them.

Love this place, it's the only place I will bring my pets. Have worked with multiple vets there throughout the years, most recently Dr Gonzenbach who was fantastic. Very friendly, professional, and reasonable pricing. Thank you for taking care of Rex and Dezzie!

Wow! My wife booked the appointment and I just dropped off our cat and was blown away by how friendly and kind and caring they were. They had even remembered our cat from the previous appointment a week or two earlier.

Professional staff, made accommodations to get us in. Got our Roscoe backup and running.

We’ve been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and have always had the BEST experience! Dr. Gozenbach is amazing! She always takes time with us to answer all our questions and has always made us feel like a top priority. The staff is SO KIND! We have nothing but good things to say about them! :)

Animal Medical Center is awesome. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate.

Been using this vet for several years. After having to put down one of our beloved pets due to aggressive cancer, we asked to please not put in that room again. EVERY appointment but one, we've been put in that room. Recently, our pup escaped our yard and was hit by a car. I ask, what kind of vet doesn't make time for a regular patient for the next day after an emergency like that? Answer, this one. We will be finding a new regular vet.

My puppy wasn't doing great and I called Animal Medical Center along with a few other veterinarian offices. The other offices told me they were booked but could maybe squeeze me in at the end of the day. Animal Medical Center said they were booked but were concerned and that I should bring him in immediately. I did and they gave him the best care possible and helped him fully recover. They are definitely now our go-to office.

So caring and they are taking amazing care of our Colt(black lab). Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they have lost a very loyal customer. I take all 3 of my animals there and love the vet techs and vets, but considering how rude Kasey who answered the phone was, I will not be back.

I called because I found blood in my dogs stool. I called on Sat. an hour before they were due to close, I was told by the receptionist that she couldn't get us in until the next Wed. She didn't even bother to talk to the vet first; So either she decided this action on her own OR she was told not to bother the doctor with any calls. All I needed was advise. Not too impressed with this type of behavior. Its really too bad because I really thought this was going to be our new vet.
