I appreciate the caring attitude of everyone. Joni sure needs help early am and late afternoon.

Website states they welcome walk-in emergencies. From their Services page: ' If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.' I called before we left to be sure because it's an hour drive. Jolene, who answered the phone was short, irritable, seemed perplexed that I was calling based on what I'd read on the hospital's website. She stated they don't have anyone for walk-ins. Humiliated, I thanked her and said we would try her suggestion of calling Westvet, at which point she hung up on me. We called this highly-rated hospital because we were already having a bad day, and walked away without help they advertise, feeling much worse for the encounter. Cannot recommend. FWIW, Westvet was not able to help us but the staff was patient and kind.

Cannot believe the state you left my friends dog in after having her spayed at your facility. You people are butchers, not vets.

They regularly trim my hamster’s teeth, and they are fast, friendly, and affordable!

They treated my daughters pets with great care and she was very happy with the service, very friendly staff and Dr.

Joni was the best! She was kind, caring, understanding and fun! She made a scary experience a great one with her wonderful personality and demeanor.

Always prompt and sweet to my dogs. Both Drs have been great for our dogs, from puppyhood to end of life. They take the time to make sure we understand their assessments.

They saved my dog who swallowed a rock and needed surgery. They took really good of her, and I still have my best friend.

The other negative reviews are on point with this place. Unorganized, unfriendly and just a terrible experience. The lack of professionalism is disturbing and upsetting especially when I am supposed to trust you with my pet. They may be cheaper than other places but that isn't always a good thing. They say they care but they definitely don't show it in their mannerisms

I brought my beardie in for a check up on his tail. Dr. Andrews and his assistant were very compassionate and gentle with him-- I just wish I didn't have to pay $50 to get told what I already knew in a 5min checkup, but it's always nice to have a second opinion, so I guess it's worth it. Thank you guys! ♥️

Great! Took great care of my bearded dragon, Havoc. And didn't break the bank!

Our rescue dog, Misty, developed a nasty cancer in one of her toes. We called Bench right away. Our vet for years was Dr. Koob at the IHS but Dr. Koob retired so Bench was a new vet to us. We were more than pleased that the vet took extra time to get down on Misty's level and had Misty calmed down in record time. She was just frightened at being in new surroundings. The surgery was successful and all of the follow-up visits have been thorough and professional. Bench has met all of our needs and will be our new vet going forward. We recommend them highly!

Have trusted Dr. Hunt and the entire clinic for over 50 years. Cats, dogs, hamsters, etc. Sorry doc you missed out on Willard out Black Widow spider ????. The Keith household was secure with healthy critters. Thank you so much!
