Clinic has definitely went downhill since the change in Doctors. We had a solid treatment plan with previous doctor at the clinic and when we called to let the doctor know we wanted to follow the same treatment plan for our elderly dog she immediately said her focus is surgery without even looking at the chart. We immediately went to another clinic where the doctor immediately agreed with previous treatment physician plan of treatment. Be mindful the focus is on expensive unnecessary treatment/procedures rather than what is best for our furry family members.

Used to be great until this last year. Staff (techs) are rude and awful to work with!! Front office people are super nice.

Updated Review Posted July 2021- I thought I'd give this place another shot before really finding a new home vet. It was a mistake and I'm removing 2 stars. I left 1 star because there was a genuine concern for my pet in need. In this case but has happened before, I had incredible difficulty schedule an appointment. I wasn't listened to and when I politely pointed out that I was being ignored (simply requesting a different day) I was argued with and disingenuine tones in responses were portrayed. I was told my account was "going to be noted". When Dr. Fitzpatrick was there, I would at least still take my cat in as I appreciate her way with him. She is no longer there, they are short staffed, there are new people working and there is one Doctor. It was the final straw for me. Getting my pet's help isn't worth this hassle. Original Review posted December 2020.- Great place to take a pets. However, there have been a few attempts to gouge at my pocket book now, and I have been going here for several years. Disappointed at the lack of accommodation as well. You'd think that several years and pets later they would want to keep their customer base. Maybe they are growing so much they dont need to have that type of customer service anymore. Its a pity when you feel your family vet has let you down and its time to move on. The first attempt to gouge, they gave me the price of the procedure in a quote (quote is an estimate). Then they gave me a confirmation paper breakdown of what exactly was going to be done and price. By the time the procedure happened, they had that bill sky rocketed by over double. Good thing I keep all the papers I was given to prove they had promised another price. They wouldn't have honored it otherwise. Now I need a simple form filled out certifying that my dog is current on rabies. They vaccinated her but because she was seen just shy of over a year ago, they wont complete the form without having another check up. So they want money to fill out the paper proving the service they already provided. She's current through 7/2022. Their excuse was liability. If her records are current, and done by them, that should be enough. Its a good thing her Rabies Cert will get me by. I'm disappointed in your lack of willingness to accommodate such a simple request. How unprofessional. In a year like this, how could you be so inconsiderate?

It was fine all went well

About a month ago, I brought my disabled cat, Jack, into the clinic because his health was declining and he was refusing to eat or use the bathroom. The staff was really understanding, gave us multiple options and answered all the questions (even the hard stuff). It looks as if they took good care of him before he passed, he was all brushed and calm. I don't recall the vets name but she was a very understanding and a kind individual that made me feel at ease in a difficult time.

They are so sweet and took care of my baby after surgery. She was crying when waking up from anesthesia and the staff stayed by to comfort her❤️

THE WORST RECEPTIONIST!!! Zero compassion! And to top it off she called me sweetheart! Rude AND unprofessional. First time I encountered her my dogs booster shot was five days late and she tells me I have to start the series over. I called BS and went over her head and asked for the Vet on duty. He responded that yes of course we can give the shot. Five days late no biggie. I thought the look she shot me would kill me right there on the spot. Last Friday my dog fractured a tooth and blood vessel and collapsed. We took her to WestVet and they stabilized her but stated she MUST have to taken care of on Monday. I called All Valley on Monday morning hoping for an emergency appointment. FORGET THAT! I'm told it would be two weeks before they could see my dog and I should take to the emergency vet (which I already had!). The receptionist did not care that my dog was bleeding out! I ended up calling VISTA ANIMAL HOSPITAL and they were the complete opposite. They were very concerned and said to bring her right down immediately and they would take care of her. I did not have an appointment I had a severely sick dog and they cared. What has this world come to where a sick animal is denied service because they don't have an appointment?

My husband usually took our dogs for their vet visits. But he happened to be out of town when our sweet Tiki took a turn for the worse.... I had to take her in to be euthanized and never having met anyone there. Toughest day and they were gracious and kind. About a week later I received a personalized note from the entire staff with their condolences and a paw print of Tiki (crying as I write this) it was very thoughtful and appreciated.

The female doctor is awesome! Called the next day to check on buddy. The emerald location never has. This will be my new location for all 3 dogs. Heather is awesome too!

Thankyou for the end of life care you provided for our beloved girl. We appreciate that you were willing to take us last minute in a very difficult situation.

This is the only place I will take my Eva ! I've taken her twice. And both times everyone is so wonderful, caring and professional. .this is the best place to bring your pets !!!

Doctor Stockman, Is the best vet , Really cares about his patients, Hands down

My cat had an appt. The staff came out and took her history. They then took her inside and did the exam. They came out with a estimate for treatment and the vet came out and we talked about treatment options. I agreed to have tests done. The vet brought her back out and told me that they would call me with results the next day. We all wore masks due to COVID. The vet called me the next morning with results and to check how she was doing. Healthy 14 year old kitty. This vet and staff are always a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I came to All Valley Pet to get a 2nd opinion on an issue with my dog after a bad experience at my long-time vet clinic (recent changes there). I found the staff at AVP to be caring, professional and thorough in the examination and recommendations. The provided detailed information and recommendations on treatment. I am permanently switching to AVP.

Any and every concern I’ve had with my dog has been addressed and handled so well and quickly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been taking my dog here since I adopted him 5 years ago and I can’t say enough positive things. I’ve taken my dog here for routine check ups, concerns and even for emergencies (at their Meridian location) and I’ve always left happy and thankful for the care they provided my fur baby. I appreciate that they’re open and honest about pricing as well. Highly recommend.

The doctors and Vet techs here are great. Very friendly and personable, always take great care of our little guys. I'm never nervous about taking our animals in to see them.

Dr Fitzpatrick was amazing she treated Nala who had a large mass removed with care and passion. The initial removal didn't go as planned. Dr Fittzpatrick explained the wound care protocol and the follow up care was amazing. Nala especially appreciated all the extra snuggles she received from the staff.

I came in to bring my works dog in for a check up because she wasn’t feeling well, and I walk through the door to be greeted by the receptionist with lots of attitude and received a “what do you need” and was not polite about it. I also saw said receptionist roll eyes while taking a payment over the phone. However the Vet himself was very sweet and very helpful.

EDIT: All valley Pet clinic called us back in a timely manner and fixed our issue.

The staff was very caring and compassionate over the sudden loss of my 12 y.o. Shih Tzu. They made a very trying day easíer to cope with. I really appreciated it.
