I was weary taking my cat here with the COVID precautions not allowing you inside. Everyone was super nice though. Our vet tech Kaylen and Dr. Kotake listened and communicated with me very well over the phone during the vet visit. I will definitely bring my cats back here for their regular check ups.

Love Love Love this place! The entire staff is so engaging, helpful and friendly. Dr. Chen is absolutely amazing in her care and treatment of my precious dog Hollie Joy. Thank you VCA!

The service I received today was great. My first time calling today, store about to close in 30 minutes and I was driving from the Westside. I got an account set up, my items were pulled, my paymebt was taken over the phone, when I reached there I called and I got my pet supplies quick. I wiah they were a 24 hour hospital. Marci gave great customer service.

I will miss this clinic as well as the clinic in Pearl City. They made my family and pets feel very welcome. They took great care of our fur baby, Pele.

Best Vet clinic on island. These guys are super sweet and really care about your pet and not your money. They gave us two free care bags for our pets 10/10 recommend!!!

Staff is very welcoming and nice! We had a pet emergency and they got our puppy taken care of quickly and avoided surgery! Couldn't thank them enough!

When surgery shows numerous cancer sites you shouldn't be telling a dog's owner to continue with expensive treatment. Still lost dog within a week and a cost of over $10,000. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. It's just a big money-hungry Corporation.

Staff always welcoming and knowledgeable. Staff responds quickly. I appreciate being kept informed of my dog's status whenever he needs to be left at the clinic. Clean, organized, comfortable environment.

I enjoy Dr Love. She takes care of my dog very well. Any time I have an issue they are always there for me. Crixus loves to see his doctors there. When ever you have a question just call them and a doctor will call you right back. Making appointments are simple and easy. I have the adult dog care plan for my dog and it pays off in the end. Great job VCA keep up the great work.

This is a cozy vet clinic. Ever since All Pets Clinic closed in Waipahu about 2 years ago I have been at this vet ever since. For the most part the staff is friendly and the doctors' are consistent. Only downside is the hours which is from 8 am to 5 pm on all days except for Tuesday and Thursday which end at 7 pm.
