Sarah from grooming service is awesome! I sometimes go to this location for walk-in nail trim service for my dog. Sarah is such a caring, kind, and professional staff! I’m so glad she was there today as well! I was never this happy with the nail trim service before…wow…she is excellent at her job!???????????? I really hope she gets paid well at Petsmart since she makes this location looks so much nicer! She treats her customers so well???? You guys (owners) need to recognize her great work ethic and professionalism. I’m so blown away simply by how much she was caring for the smallest service she can offer! #Respect✊???? That was the best pet service me and my dog ever received in 10 years! Wow! Thank you again, Sarah for being a rockstar???????? I really appreciate her skills and service!! Most of the employees have been nice and very helpful any time I visit as well!????????

We dropped our Mocha off here for play dates and before long she was pulling me to the back of the store so she could be dropped off. Mocha approved!

I love taking my dog coco here. My dog were to Laura she did a really good job. I have a purebred toy poodle ???? she gave him the teddy bear cut. He looks Adorable after. They have Excellent customer service too. I made sure to give a good tip, I appreciate their good service.

The staff here is friendly and it appears they do well keeping everything in stock. The grooming salon is also very nice. We had a bad experience with a walk-in nail grind at the Pembroke location, who turned us away because we didn’t make an appointment (you can’t book nail-grinds online, it says walk-in only.) We called this location (just in case) and they informed us we could walk right on in. So we made the trek and had a great experience. I did not catch her name, but the salon leader was extremely nice and did a great job with both our pups! Because of her and her excellent crew, we’ll drive the extra few miles to come to this location from now on.

Love the staff and the people there always friendly and they know my dog by name and there always very nice to my Boston a d he loves to go to this location.

It was five until i got to the register, then i was told that the item i was purchasing was actually $20. nore then the sign in front of it. I said that to the cashier and she said well that's what it is, want it or not. The price tag was not on it but there we 5 or 6 of this product and i didn't see one on any of them, but they all were behind that sign. She never went to look or ask a manager for help or offered a discount. It was "do you want it or not. " I'll go back to Care-a-lot next time.

Dog was not bathed throughly still had odor when I picked him up honestly he smelled better when I bathed him at home! For $32 just for a bath and brush my dog should’ve had no odor when finished he doesn’t even have a lot of hair very dissatisfied with the quality of the bathing I’ve always had pit bulls and never had this problem in Atlanta

I work at this store the employees are very hard working and friendly and the departments The pet hospital The Solan are all the best.

Went to exchange a fish that died but was told I could not exchange a fish because I needed to provide a water sample. So you'll give me a refund but not an exchange? As someone who test water for a living I would think I know how to maintain a fish tank. Wouldn't recommend this petsmart as the associate with green hair ruined what was supposed to be a simple exchange with a made up rule that isn't even on the petsmart website.

It's OK, could be a little more clean.

Let me be very clear that the grooming side of petsmart is great, the only reason they have a star. The store side needs to handle customer inquiries more seriously. I was charged two times for my dogs grooming appointment. They refused to do the refund over the phone, the manager was speaking to an employee to speak to me instead of speaking to me directly, customer service has yet to call me back( we are on day 3 now), and on top of it all the attitude and the lack of knowledge of how to handle a refund is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I should not have to waste my time and my energy on a mistake THEY made. Do better.

Very friendly staff and great product selection. Always have what I’m looking for in stock; dog food, greenies, pee pads. Staff is nice to me and my weenie dogs.

Great place, I would've rather shopped at my sisters store but yea. No one seems happy to be there but the manager who helped. Exchanging things was a little more tedious than anticipated. Either, not a horrible store, you just have to find the right people that are working and that like their job!!!

when i asked to get the snail from the tank, the associate RIPPED the snail off of the glass and then proceeded to knock it around while they were putting it in the bag. it was dead before i even put it in the tank and then, on top of that, the fish i bought, upon further inspection, had swim bladder disorder and didn’t make it through the night. needless to say i’m pretty upset.
