Their Grooming department never goes according to their schedule, they often close at 5pm or sometimes way before 5pm while their hours of Operations is at 6pm. I have called customer service and they said they SHOULD NOT be closing early. I think using the "short staffed" or "covid" as an excuse to laziness is very unprofessional. Staff shouldnt pick or choose what time they want to leave which is against their policy. Anyways, Im just warning you guys, for the people that work til 5pm, youll have to wait on your day off.

The price of wild bird seed is INSANE HERE, let along most their prices?? Drive next door to Walmart and got the same bag of brid feed for only $9.99 compared to 19.99 at this place.

Very small store but the staff is great.

If I could give negative stars for the grooming I would! It is a shame because we really like the groomer, Corey very much, but unfortunately I booked an appointment 2 months ago, I arrived at the scheduled time and a very rude female groomer stated that Corey would not arrive for 30 minutes and that there was a mix up in the system and went on to say they never should have booked Corey for 12:30! I said well I’m here now and I have to get back to work. She then asked if I had the rabies form, I stated no and if I needed that they should have told me since I booked the appointment 2 months ago! I asked if could leave my dog and run home to get the record? The rude groomer said you can’t leave your dog here you will have to come back. I told her to forget the appointment and left! I definitely won’t be returning! Bad communication and rude employees Petco!

It's a better than average pet store. It ushally will have what your looking for. If your going to look at pets they never have dogs or cats. They sometimes have ferrets. Almost all the time they have fish, mice and hamster. They will sometimes have lizards and snakes.

I wish there were more pets. Nice store

Its a large pet store chain. What more is there to say. I got an online order for pickup it was fine.

Jordan is my groomer! She takes such good care of my babies! We have been with Jordan almost 7 years we followed her to Petco and we have been happy every since. The manager Brok and his team become part of your family! They are so awesome with our babies, always treating them with the utmost respect. I trust them with my babies! I will be moving to North Carolina and I will plan and schedule my trips up to get my babies groomed here, its worth it to me knowing that they are safe, well cared for and immaculately groomed to perfection! Please tip our groomers and show appreciation for their amazing work! ????????

Good price on the dog food we purchased.

Not professional at all. They moved the grooming appointment to another time a couple of days before the appointment to a time that didn’t work for me. What is the point of making an appointment if they will change it last minute and you will have to either take a day off or schedule a new one three weeks away that can also be moved as they please. Find a groomer who is honest and respectful of your time.

We bought my daughter's Syrian hamster from here. Very knowledgeable staff and helped us with all that we needed for our new family member.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the items I need are easy to locate in the store. I always end up coming home with something extra I wasn't originally planning to get, but my dog and ferret are happy with the extra goodies when I get home!

The store was near where my daughter lives and we needed a gentle leader harness for her dog. The store had a good selection of harnesses, was clean and the cashier was very friendly.

Horrible job. Cut hair off ears. Cut eyelashes were told do not. Never had to pay $10 for ears to be trimmed like they were. Didn't even recognize my dog.

The staff at the fish section is nice. However, he didn’t wear a mask and didnt seem interested in practicing social distance. It makes me feel very uncomfortable.
