Don’t allow pit bulls at facility. Beyond despicable. Very rude. They’ve hung a dog there Bc it fell off the table. It didn’t survive. Do not go to this place - someone should shut them down and how they’re still open leaves me in disbelief.

First time going and the lady Karen was rude as hell and I felt like I was bothering her . Never again will I take my dog !!! I was recommended to come here and I will never recommend anyone to go there . Poor Customer Service !! I understand people and business are short handed but you shouldn’t treat customers the way I was treated. Especially when I was very respectful the entire time ????I even showed a picture of what I wanted and received total opposite ???????? One ear is not even at all either ????????The three pics are what I received and the picture of what I wanted them to do is the one where he is sitting down on rug …. So disappointed ☹️

I take Misty and Buddy there to get their toenails cut but every time I go there the people have been very nice and very caring with my dogs thank you very much

Maria is the best groomer I’ve ever used. My dogs always look amazing. Noah’s Ark is simply the best.

Very small but friendly place. My dog smelled amazing for a few days and we will definitely go back when she's in need of another bath.

Wonderful service and they charge a very fair price. I refuse to take my dog anywhere else! Best in Hampton Roads.

Maybe this is just my experience but after he was done a few day a later he had flees and they were never on him before. But pretty good

My dog Penny is well taken care of here. The ladies do a wonderful job and she smells great for atleast 2 weeks.

Tried to make appointment, they asked what type I told her small Chow Chow. Right away, we don't take big dogs. I said she is small, she is 35 lbs. She says yes maam we don't take big dogs. So If you are trying to get your Chow or other labeled aggressive dog groomed I would skip this one. Obvious they don't care about the temperment.
