My husband took our older chocolate lab to this vet for the first time. The vet and the tech took our dog back to the back, and sometime during his examination, he growled at them. The vet just walked away, refusing to treat our dog and not even bothering to say anything to my husband. Nothing. He left the poor vet tech to explain that the vet will not deal with aggresive dogs. I cannot believe that the vet didn't even have the professionalism or compassiom to come explain things to the owner. I absolutely do not recommend taking your pet to this clinic.

Great folks and experienced veterinarian. They always give me expert answers to all my pets problems. Can't say enough nice things about them

I have been very dissatisfied with the service received at Holland Oaks. We arrived mid pandemic with a kitty who was not acting herself. After a diagnosis of diabetes, we were sent on our way with insulin and told to come back. After several calls to set up reevaluations, we never heard back. Fast forward two months to an emergency situation whereby our baby girl had an ingrown toenail removed and the discovery of an infection in her claws and a tumor. THIS didn’t happen in those two months....this was overlooked, misread or just plain ignored. I’m so grateful or the veterinarian we ending up finding because they saved our girl and will be giving her the best life she has remaining. I’ll never recommend Holland Oaks to anyone, and should have taken it as a warning sign when the receptionists told me the doctor doesn’t like to take agitated animals because “he’s had enough of those”. Just leave the business if you’re not willing to help all animals - there are better options out there. I’m livid that I wasted my time and energy here - when my kitty didn’t receive the best care she deserved.

I absolutely love my vet Dr. Jones here at Holland Oaks. I have been taking my boston terrier here for 5 years and now have added a french bulldog. Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend.

AMAZING VETS AND STAFF!! Friendly, caring, clean atmosphere. Honest affordable pricing. They are so kind, compassionate and service has always been prompt. I will never go anywhere else.

My kitten was in trouble, she fell and hit her head. I just stopped at the closest vet to see if I could get advice or maybe some quick help. The pet hospital was quite far. When I walked in I was relieved to see that it was empty and that someone would be able to give me the best advice or best case, at least help me stabilize her. I was met with an employee who acted like we had the plague. I made sure I had a mask on and I was about 12 feet from her crying for help. All she could do is step back even further from us saying unfortunately we can’t help you. My kitten ended up passing away. I get that your strictly a clinic and that accidents happen. But Holland Oaks, your front desk person could’ve been a bit more caring or at least acted like it for the sake of the profession you’re in. One of the most traumatic days of my life. The worst experience ever.

I have had good experiences so fr with this vet. I have been to him a few times for my dog that had a terrible ear infection. The prior animal Hospital I took him to off of Nimmo Parkway, did not give my dog the proper meds to clear it up. The Holland Oak vet knew which medications would clear it up and my dog improved quickly.

Doc is amazing. The techs are very polite would recommend them to anyone.

I missed an appointment so when I called to reschedule the receptionist said the doctor would like for me to go elsewhere.

The staff is incredibly professional and their knowledge level so far has exceeded a few other vets from around the area. We have a cat with an allergy that looked like ring worm and another vet gave us ringworm medicine without testing it. Obviously it got worse. We brought her here and they did a test we didn’t even know was a thing and diagnosed it as an allergic reaction to the area since we rescued the cat from a different area. I highly recommend their staff and we won’t go anywhere else, it’s just not worth the effort to have to come back for a correct diagnosis anyway.

Friendly staff, Drs carring and takes time to comfort your pet and explains everything. Never have to weight in lobby for more than a few minutes. My doggy likes going!!

I have been taking my furbabies to see Dr. Jones since 1996. First with Tara and continued on with Bailee aka Mix Master B. I always love how Dr. Jones takes care of furbabies and I love the staff. Always a pleasure at Holland Oaks.

We have recently switched to this practice and am so glad we did. I wish we had started at Holland Oaks years ago! The friendliest staff and great flexibility with schedule for a smaller organization. The doctor also educates kids on dangerous snakes in the area and what they are doing to our pets when providing care. Thank you so much!

Dr. Jones and staff are very caring and do a great job. I tried going to another vet when we had to put our beloved pet down but realized with our other pet that we were not getting the same level of care. I will continue to take any pet there for great personable care.

My family recently had the misfortune of a very ill pet. Our sweet animal became terminally ill out of nowhere. Prior to this, we had never visited this Veterinary Hospital. They were exceptionally kind to us. The staff and Veterinarian were really decent people. I don’t have any other experiences with them other than the awful scenario they helped us through, but I intend to never go to any other vet in the future.

Have always has a great experience. They have been my vet for two dogs now for the last 10 years. They always treat without adding a bunch of nonsensical charges and services. Their staff is always friendly and they genuinely care for animals. I can't recommend this place enough.
