DONT PARK HERE. it can be an empty lot and they'll still call a tow truck on you even after doing business with them because they want their free pizza, nevermind the fact our dogs are scared of these people after what they did to them. 1 star without a doubt, should be 0.

I love the groomers but every time I pick up my doggie he is miserable..scratching and digging. Didn't before I got him groomed

Very rude owner or who ever answers the phone. Called them on a friday for a tuesday morning appointment was told on the phone I could bring my dog in, anytime in the morning and to call because they still did curbside. Tuesday comes and I bring my dog around 1030/1040 and as soon as I call and say “Im here to drop off my dog” the person on the phone gets very snappy and rude saying how they’re not taking dogs in anymore because they don’t do drop offs after 9. After i told him I was told I could bring him anytime in the morning, He calls me a liar and says he was the one who told me when drop off is and he’s been telling customers the same thing for 20 years literally shouting at me that i’m wrong, saying it doesn’t even make sense for me to think that bc how would they get things done if it’s anytime drop off and to have a nice day. Whether it was a communication problem and I misheard “before 9” & thought he said “any time” he didnt have to be so rude and snappy on the phone because I was planning to just rebook since I might’ve misheard but I’d never even take my dog there to get his nails cut.

I don’t recommend. My dog was very sore from the cutter being way to close to the skin . Literally down to the meat of her chin. Finally feeling better after 4. I know thing happen when a dog moves in close quarters of getting cut but I should of been told about this.

I was told I could drop my dog off by 11. Got there and was told I couldn't drop him off. As I tried to explain what was told to me, the guy was rude and very short with me. Will not return

We are new to the area, and needed to find a groomer for our Labradoodle. Just picked her up, and she looks wonderful...could not be happier! Thanks, Marcel????!! We will be back????????????

Love these guys! They do a very nice job trimming and their nails. Our dogs love them and are treated with lots of love.

My weimaraner is very hesitant being left without me being there. The first time I took him to this place, he walked right in without hesitation and Ben was very friendly. I felt safe right away that I could trust this place with my pup.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were easily able to accommodate us last minute. Very fair prices! My dog definitely enjoyed being there and she even came home with a cute festive bandana.

Amazing people!! The only place I've ever taking my pup's

Sometimes things happen for a reason, been going there awhile. Last few times something was wrong. They didnt bathe my dog, nor clean his ears, and didnt trim all his nails. In fact just put cologne on him and didnt even cut his hair. His paw pads were blood red from sitting in a cage with no hard bottom, he could hardly walk.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great prices and excellent grooming job on my goldendoodle!

I took rotti in the first time. Nails were ok bath was terrible. So I took him back today just for nails. As soon as my dog saw the same guy he turned to get away from him. He's never done that before to anyone. He took him back and I heard him yelp. Dogs yelp because they got hurt. I knocked on the door ask what the problem was . The guy said he didn't know he was just cutting his nails. I said to him dogs don't yelp for no reason and I got the same answer. He bought my dog out and had to send him back in nails were still long on the front paws .when he bought him out again I asked again why he helped he said that wasn't him it was another dog. Really pissed me off to be lied to. I will not take him there again.

Been going here for a couple years now. Have a mini chihuahua. THEY CUT HER NAILS SO SHORT SHE IS LIMPING AND THE BLEEDING WILL NOT STOP!! I WILL NEVER TAKE EITHER ONE OF MY DOGS HERE EVER EVER NEVER AGAIN!! I called and was simply given an explanation of "Sometimes things happen" No apologies no discounted visit. Things happen. I know one thing that won't happen. I won't bring my dogs there anymore!!!!!

The owner and other employees have always been very nice every time I have taken my dog in. I moved to the area about 2 years ago and have not taken my dog anywhere else. Reasonable prices being that this is VA Beach and at the Ocean Front with very flexible schedule. Definitely recommend to other clients.

I took my dog, Charlotte, to Clip Pets today and what a great experience it was. The store closes at 1 but the owner waited for me to bring my dog a little after 1. The cost of the nail clipping was only $10, and they did it without clipping too close. I will bring Charlotte there every time she needs her nails clipped.
