Great staff! Took care of my dog and sent me on my way with nothing but appreciation. They were unbelievably busy (it was a Sunday, emergency vets were at capacity and turning people away, so people were having to come to any vets open as walk-ins) so there were small delays here and there, but they handled everything professionally and gracefully while I was there. I would absolutely recommend this location!

I took my dog to this place on 7-15-21, the employees was not very friendly, and the vet on duty this day told me my dog was full of stones and needed a 1800 dollar surgery to remove stones, she told me this without even giving my dog X-rays, I was so upset and hurt that my dog need this surgery, so I took my dog to bay beach on 7-28-21 for a second opinion, which I was told my dog has no stones and is doing quite well, so I don’t understand why she told me this, if you take your dog here, please get a second opinion

Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. They are there to truly care for you fur babies, not just to make as much money as possible. They have been treating my fur babies for over 15 years. From birth to death.

Took my dog in and was told it was an infection and that she was fine to go home. My dog got her one dose of meds and died during the night.

I like Banfield Pet Hospital. The staff is friendly & helpful. I've used them pre-pandemic & during & they are professional & keep animals & their "purrents" safe!! I like being able to schedule my cats' appointments online. I have the pet insurance which helps to keep my cats' care affordable.

My dog Aowen was injured in her eye. They got her in immediately and took great care of her. Everyone else wouldn't see us for days.

The prices are great. I sign up for their pet insurance plan. The doctors seem to genuinely care about the health of the pet and they take the owner's concerns into consideration. The staff are friendly. They have drop off appointments which are nice on busy days. I've been to multiple veterinarians for my pet's care and this is definitely the quality and price.

I have been going here since they opened. Every doctor, nurse, and office person have been excellent! From puppies to geriatrics they love your pets too.

Today was my cat Merlin's first visit there. It went extremely well. Everyone was very helpful and the hospital seemed clean and well organized. I want to give a special thank you to our nurse Ashleigh who went the extra mile today. She patiently answered my questions and helped me to my car with Merlin since I am currently recovering from a shoulder and arm injury. I would definitely recommend this vet!

This hospital is amazing. My black lab has seizures when we go to the vet. And the whole staff is so attentive and caring. They always take great care of my fur babies. I ❤ our Rosemont Banfield team.

They take great care of my dog's health needs. They keep me informed while they have my babies in their care and my babies have no problems going with the staff when they are dropped off.

Dr. Bart Kite is everything. He is compassionate, thorough, and patient. He ensures that all of your questions are answered, and that you fully understand your options. The staff too is wonderful!! I cannot say it enough about them. They are warm and friendly, yet always professional. They seem to genuinely care about your pet. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location.

Hard to get an appointment when your pet is sick. They have waiting times as long as 3 weeks because they are understaffed, forcing clients to go to expensive emergency vet clinics. If we disinterested have a plan with Banfield, we would switch vets right now!

Their customer service has severely declined recently. My furr babies have gone there 6 years. Christine messed up the scheduling. Andrea attempted to help, but was unclear with the communication causing delays and many questions at drop off, causing a delayed drop off procedure making me late for work. Anger clicked in due the numerous problems not once, but twice. arguementative, miscommunication and little direction given. Supervisor could have cared less. It was awful.

For regular care and non-emergency pet care ( 2 dogs) Banfield has been my go to vetenarian service. The Norfolk and VB offices have been extremely friendly and even on short notice have worked together to assist in making sure my dogs get the care they needed. I like their monthly plans that include medications in the cost. Two check ups a year and one teeth cleaning keep my pups on the up and up. For knee surgeries and emergency services they referred us to Blue Pearl and that worked out great. I suggest Trupanion pet insurance of you have the extra budget as it's saved us a lot of money as our boxer has gotten older needed extra care.

I have no complaints about Banfield. We bring our fur babies to the S. Plaza/Virginia Beach Blvd. location and the staff is always friendly and the doctors always give us a summary of care and mashes sure to answer any questions we have with patience and understanding.

I love this Banfield location. I was nervous after moving to find a new place to take my dog, and chose this one after reading the great reviews. Now I am leaving my own, because I have got to give these ladies recognition for the awesome job they’re doing. I have severe anxiety about taking my dog to the vet, and especially when it comes to leaving her there. But everyone that I have met at this location is super friendly, welcoming, and compassionate, which made it so much easier for me to feel at ease when bringing her in. Most importantly, for things like dental cleanings, which would normally be a nerve wracking experience for me. With everything going on and curbside drop offs being the only option, typically with any other vet office I would be terrified at the thought of not being in the room during an exam; but I feel comfortable doing it at this location because I know my pup will be in good hands. You can tell that the employees really care about the animals and love what they do. It makes going to the vet so much less scary for me, and I’m sure for my baby too. Thank you Dr. Devine and all of the staff that we have interacted with thus far, you’re doing an amazing job and it is appreciated so much.

Great place great group of people hear. Very helpful dont just grub you're pet and walk off they explain what is going on and what is needed after you get you're pet back.

Poor Service, dirty front desk, rude/dismissive staff. Very Disappointed. Avoid at all costs! Your furbabies deserve better!

Pooh Bear is always well taken care of and the Vets are very good to him and care about his health And his human is treated very well too!
