I go here all the time for my pets needs. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and reliable. I think that the prices are great, and usually always has sells going on.

Changed my entire perspective on large chain petstores. Their Aquatics section is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a store. The moment I went to buy a few guppies I was surprised that Leonard made sure to confirm I was keeping them in the right sized tank, I’m glad to be in a store that seems to truly care about their animals and makes sure they go to proper homes. Their Aquatics specialist Justin is passionate about not only the animals but also educating the customer. I researched a lot about setting up an aquarium before hand but was still so new to keeping aquatic animals, it was amazing to have someone to talk to in person. When I had trouble with my fish I wanted to learn why, he was a plethora of knowledge, he even walked me through the preventatives they use to limit disease in their tanks, different products and tools, educated me about water parameters and why my cycle failed, and reassured me as a new fish keeper. When I brought back that sick fish, I didn’t have the right medication to care for him, I was afraid they’d euthanize the fish. Justin quarantined him added medication, educated me about the disease, nursed him back to health, and even was able to have someone adopt him a few days later when he was healthy. I was stunned. Give this man a raise! If you’re passionate about research, and care about animals, this is the place to go. From skeptic to loyal customer.

My dog often has a hard time with grooming but Lyndsea did a fantastic job! Very pleased. Give her all the tips.

Petco has a wide variety of brands and a very knowledgeable staff.

Called to ask about airline travel crates for my pet, they said they had them in stock, showed up and they said they did not have any approved ones in stock.

Multi-purpose visit. Ordered dog food online. Highly recommend as PETCO has a 20% off offer if over $50. Appreciate the e-mail confirmation of the order, notice when the order is ready, and a follow up that the order has been picked up (so no errors). Took our 1 year old lab (COVID pup) who needs socialization. Staff very accomodating and welcoming.

I just can't say enough to do this location justice..our groomer (Chelsea) was just an absolute angel taking care of Koko.. The rest of the staff was so nice to everyone (Huge,Huge positive plus ➕ over their competitors) Our Koko is very ????shy but she was a much different girl. Ty and just FYI we will be returning ????.

I've always been pleased with service and products. I am particularly impressed that they are willing to take things back, no questions asked, when the product does not appeal to my furbaby.

Good selection. Could be larger in store. Nice customer service. Carts can be difficult to find. App is glitchy, saying items aren't in stock when they are in the store.

I asked a busy person stocking items to direct me to what I wanted and he politely accommodated me. I purchased a greasy large bone and when I asked the cashier for a plastic bag to put it in she went out of her way to locate one for me. One negative, the checkout area/line is confusing. It's hard to tell from where to approach.
