Staff is friendly and accommodating, you can trust them with your loved pup. I frequent Mutt Hut for their haircuts for my medium sized dog. They're quick, my dog loves the daycare setup and the staff could not be more friendly. A most definite recommend.

I had only good experiences with the new owner Sally. More importantly our dogs love her and she did a great job grooming.

Note that all the reviews are not about the current owner. They are about the previous owners, Christa and Randy. Present owner purchased this business last year. She does a terrible job does not know what she’s doing and there are many people who are upset they tried her. So please beware and take your dog somewhere else for grooming.If you don’t want a hack job which she did on my well behaved smaller dog with longer hair.

I've tried it twice. One for a hack job grooming that cost$90. And I tried again for a simple nail trim on my larger dog. After 2 cuts and 2 bleeds, I left. My dog was shaking like a leaf. Maybe they're good at babysitting small dogs??

New owners charged me 80. I specifically asked them to cut some tangles our of my dog. They told me no problem. All they did was wash him and hand him back over WITH the tangles. When I asked them to do what they promised they told me they would have to shave him. I went home and cut the tangles out myself. LAZY NEW OWNERS. Sorry wont use them again

New owners did nothing more than bath my dog, charged me full price and when i complained they offered to credit the next visit. Next visit they did a horrible job, didn't groom him as requested and when we got home i noticed blood on my dog's face. The groomer gouged his cheek, never said anything and still charged for a full groom. Kristen was amazing but I will never recommend or go back to this place unless Kristen returns.

Love this place! The owner is very sweet and communicative. The prices are very affordable! All my friends bring their dogs here to have play time. The bath includes so many things!!!

We have been taking our little Yorkie-Poo Cookie, to the Maui Mutt Hut for almost 3 years! Randy does an outstanding job on a really complex and fancy clip for our little Sweetheart. We have tried other places to try to cut corners, but for our Cookie, nobody is better than Randy. From Kahului to Makena, Maui Mutt Hut is the best!

This place is now under new management. Kristin, the new owner, groomed my dog and did a really great job! She's friendly, personable and very skilled. My dog looked great and he was very happy when he came out to greet me afterwards. I'd definitely recommend you give her a try.

Kristin, the new owner, has taken such great care of my two fur kids. From grooming to doggie daycare to boarding for several nights, my two love bugs, Lilly & Cooper have been treated like members of their family by Kristin and her husband. If you have a dog that is skittish about grooming, try Kristin. She loves her fur clients as much as their people do!

Second time I brought in my dog in for grooming she refused to go in my dog never acted like that before and I heard of similar story from my neighbor if you love your dogs do not take them to this place

This is my dog's favorite spot to go to. They do such a great job with her, she gets washed, her nails clipped a hair cut and her teeth brushed. It is great they let me drop her off she gets time with other dogs and then I pick her up and she is happy and looking good. Really a great value to get so many services done for a really good price. Worth every penny!
