Dr.Roybal and the entire staff at pacific animal eye care are all extremely exceptional people, who all seemed to care about my pet as much as I do. Their correspondence even outside of visits showed that they love their job and don’t just do it for the money. Thank you pacific animal eye care from me and Lazar!

My chihuahua puppy was born with severe distichia in both eyes. Throughout her puppyhood we traveled to Kaneohe each month to see this specialist, and last April she had her eye procedure. I cannot express how grateful I am that we chose Dr Nicole Roybal to care for our fur baby! We could not have asked for more. Her entire team is incredible. I know they all care deeply for their pet patients, and always go above and beyond. Dr. Roybal gave us the best possible outcome! Rosie's eyes are healthy, tear production is normal ???? I'm so grateful for the staff at Pacific Animal Eye Care.

I cannot put into words how grateful we are for Pacific Animal Eye Care! After many, many visits to different vets trying to find out what was wrong with our cat, they were able to pinpoint and give us a diagnosis and solution within 20 minutes! They are so patient and kind and understanding and I'm here crying writing this because we have been through so much to try and help our baby Cheeto and they helped us so quick and easily! If I could rate them 100 stars, I would!! We had gone back and forth about having to make the decision of putting our pet down because we could not get a clear diagnosis of what happened to his eye or if he would ever be okay again. They gave us hope in a time of need, as cheesy as that sounds. After many tears shed and stress on all of us, our pet included, he will finally be our happy boy again!!!! They even donated infection antibiotics to our boy!!! WE ARE SO INCREDIBLY THANKFUL FOR YOU ALL THAT HELPED US OUT, I WISH I KNEW YOUR NAMES! Dr. Roybal and the very nice and kind lady at the front desk! Thank you guys so much for helping us out, we will forever be grateful for you!

The care from the entire clinic team was top notch and priced considerably reasonable. I highly recommend the clinic for anyone that has a furry friend with eye care needs!

Dr Nicole and her staff are first rate. They r caring, compassionate, and Quinn has no issues going to see them. Not to mention they are affordable! Without pet insurance! Maybe some of the vet clinics should take a page on costs from these guys. The animals suffer when owners are hesitant to go into debt. So the animals don't get the care they need. Especially since they themselves have no money!!

Knowledgeable vet at a reasonable price. Busy.

From the front of the house staff to the Doctor herself I had no doubts that I brought my dog to the right place.

Our pup had a corneal ulcer we couldn't heal, they fixed it right up. Nice, helpful and he is better.

Friendly, caring, and professional animal ophthalmologist. My Kapolei vet recommended them in an emergency for our cat who scratched his cornea. They fit me in for an appt. the next day. It was a long drive, but it was worth it. They treated Milo with empathy and I would recommend Dr. Roybal.

My 13 yr old German Shepherd dog was diagnosed with a benign eye tumor recently. He also has Degenerative Myleopathy and so we know he won't be with us much longer. Pacific Animal Eye Care is new in town, however, they were able to quickly see him, and perform cryosurgery to remove the tumor the same day as our appointment. The staff and the Veterinarian were thoughtful, kind, helpful, sympathetic and so, so reasonably priced! The office was easily accessible and spotlessly clean. The other offices across the island who specialize in eye problems estimated the cost to be 2 to 3 times more than what we paid at Pacific Animal Eye Care. The procedure was quick and his recovery is underway. I highly, highly recommend this clinic!
