I like that the girl who works here is super friendly and actually knows where things are in this store- not only that but product knowledge is a plus!

Clean facility respectful staff easy to find and on-site parking very happy to be a part of the pets in the city family because I know that my puppy is always safe when we take her there I've never had any problems and truly recommend this please to anyone with pets very impressed keep up the good work

My dog loves to go there. He doesn’t even seem happy when I pick him up. His attitude around the dogs got better! And staffs are nice

If there could be 0 stars I would give them 0. My dogs were always welcome and regular guests here for well over a year. With no notice they refuse to board my dog during an emergency when I have to leave the island. The owner explained that she cannot provide a safe atmosphere for my animal overnight after giving him nothing but glowing report cards for every stay. This place is a disappointment.
