They answered the phone in a friendly manner but are NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS and since they dont mention that anywhere, I thought I'd save people a call.

Going there for years because the Vets and staff are so kind and caring. Would not dream of going to any other clinic. We think of them as family and that is exactly how they treat dogs.

Very pleased with my puppies visit here! Everyone was kind and Kevin help inform me about everything I need to know.

VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THEY PROMISE ME THEY COULD TAKE MY DOG F OIL R A SURGERY BECAUSE HIS IN SERIOUS CONDITION, BUT THEY COULD ME THE NEXT DAY BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT FOR THEM THAT THEY COULD NOT TAJE HIM , WHY LIED ABOUT THAT ,HE GIVE US HOPES AND I SO OVER JOYED AFTER NO LOSING SLEEP BECAUSE I NEEDED HELP , AND LIED AND Hng up on me on the phone, and threatened to call a police on us because we so upset because they LIED..HEARD TALK TO MY OTGE FRIENDS AND THE OTHER PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY HAD BAD EXPERIENCE ALSO.I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Treated my dog's strained leg muscle quickly. Clean, friendly, and no unnecessary tests done. Fairly inexpensive.

I was just the errand boy for my wife. I had to pick up dog treats for her dog.

Always friendly staff when we come. Dr Chung takes very good care of our pets. The worst part is the parking, very small lot. However, this doesn't take away from the great service and friendliness of the clinic.

Front desk gals friendly and helpful. Dr. Dale was amazing took time to do a thorough check on our dog including cleaning his ear wax, toe nails trim, full body exam and knowledgable. Vet Tech was super too friendly, gentle with our dog and helpful assistant to doctor and explained all costs upfront. Thank you!

Call when you get there and they come to the car to retrieve your animal. Easy. If you are picking something up, choose the right side door and walk in. Questions, just call them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, they handle their business in a professional and timely manner, they're willing to work with the individual needs of your pet and willing to work with you if money is tight......what more can you ask for?

First time going was about a week ago for my pups check up after getting her. So far I love them, great people & pup skills. Also, they are doing their part to prevent spread of covid & I am scheduled to take my pup again for her next round of puppy shots.

The Staff are kind and considerate, they will call you with reminders about shots and treatments. I had a very smooth experience getting my dog into Hawaii and his Vet care. Even if I have minor- to paranoid questions about being a new pet owner, the Vet themselves will call you back. They know my pet after 1 visit and are very sweet and loving to him.

I am so pleased with how my dog Tiare is treated. Mahalo plenty for your professionalism

Hands down the best vet I've been to for my pets

I've been going to them for almost 2 years now. I drive all the way from Wahiawa but theres no one else I trust with my 3 pets!

This is a very small location, but it was easy to find. It’s in a strip mall sort of place with a very small parking lot. The techs were friendly, it had a professional set up with pet food displays and even a large encloser with adoptable kittens. The vet saw us quickly. However, the exam felt rushed and the tech was left to answer all my questions and do the brunt of the work. The vet spent maybe 3 minutes with us. I did appreciate that she had obviously been filled in on our concerns before coming in, so she was prepared with possible answers. Our visit was free because they partner with local pet stores (we adopted thru one), but they gave us a price quote for vaccines and the next checkup. Their prices are equal to slightly less than others in the area. More expensive than the military vets and SPCA, though. They do offer free initial exams for new pets. They also have a few obedience groups they partner with to offer very low prices.

Expensive but very, very good.
