The whole staff is absolutely wonderful! Jen, Michael & Dr. Casey Milnes were extremely friendly & helpful. The Covid Safety protocols gave me great piece of mind.

Is not taking new pet patients even in emergencies the receptionist did not even care and was very rude.

You couldn't find a more gentle or caring vet than Dr. Walker and her staff. They made a very painful situation less unbearable.

I enjoy bringing my pets here. The vet is super Kool and nice. Call to make your appt. Let them know what you're looking to get done and what is needed. When you get there you park and wait in the car. Call the posted number to check in. If you have a cat you have to have a pet carrier. After the appt you pay at the window. If you need heartguard or flea medicine, make sure you ask the vet. I have an anxious dog and we were able to get anxiety meds for him . Short term and long term types. The heart guard and the long term anxiety med was available at my local pharmacy.

Was able to get Huli in because of a cancellation, Dr. Walker diagnosed huli's problem precisely, Huli's doing much better than he was prior to visit Mahalo

The receptionist was abrupt and rude. I will not take my pet there.l

We have been taking our dogs and cats here for many years and I am beyond disappointed with my last few experiences here. The receptionist answers the phone rudely and abruptly with a "we don't have any appointments" not even a hello first. Appointments are weeks out with no empathy for our 15 year old Pomeranian who was JUST seen (spent hundreds of dollars on her appointment) and needed a follow up appointment urgently bc she needed more antibiotics and her one time shot didn't do the trick. They said they should call it in but refused to help her. They have stopped caring and treat you with no compassion. I don't know what happened to this clinic but I am hoping things will change for the better for the sake of all the animals.

Kona Vet takes care of our puppy Blue in truck. Other pic is Ray RaY & Old man Tiki. Tiki was an old rescue from Waialua, he was old an blind when we got him. He recently passed. Dogs are so special.

Dr Molly took very good care of our 9 year older dog Mercy, everyone there was so very helpful and gave us such good advice on how to care for Mercy after her surgery. We are so happy to have finally found our special vet!!!! Highly recommend to anyone who lives their furry member of the family.

Best vet in town no matter how far away. Theybare the only ones that have enough compassion to remain open after hours Thry have saved my dogs life twice. Thank god we have them otherwise i would have lost two dogs which are children. Thank u kona vet and god bless

There is a terrible woman, who answers the phone quite regularly. She is very unfamiliar with veterinary practices, as well as animal information… But wants to come across as though she is the actual doctor. Super annoying. On top of not being a customer service person… Incredibly rude as well. Please hire someone who knows how to deal with people in a professional manner. Thank you

Our family dog was hit by a car, we thought for sure Tucker wasnt going to make it. Our first instinct was to take him to the vet we trust. Tucker is now healthy and well thanks to God and the amazing veterinarians.

I took my dog to get neutered today and couldn’t be more happy with the whole process! This is my first dog so I have no idea what I’m doing. Ora and the vet- Dr. Kruker? No idea if I spelled the names right or remembered it right . The vet even called to check on him a few minutes ago. I highly recommend this vet clinic! My dog is crazy so I definitely feel for the employees who were there to care for him. Thank you Kona Vet Clinic so much for your caring service!
