Petco Kahului, Hawaii

My dogs current food is out of stock (I don't believe this is 100 percent petco's fault though). The toys we bought ripped within 20 minutes. The material was a lot thinner than I imagined it would be for the price. Hopefully I can fix it somehow. The fluff was immediately a problem. There are some representatives that go above and beyond. I truly appreciate them! I am sure you know who you are! Some are lacking in personality and kind of rude. The food pallets blocking the walkways all the time is an issue. Other than those things I truly love Petco, for the fact that they have better quality dog food choices than any other big box store store in town.

Rude employees and a terrible return policy.

As in most places it's hard to find cat food right now. The girl working the counter ignored me when I walked up and wouldn't address me until she finished wiping the area and then just looked up at me. No hi no nothing, like I was bothering her. So I paid and left

Outrageously Expensive, which I would have paid if not for the extremely rude manger. Go to the pet shop instead

2 stars because the floors are always crowded with unpacked stuff. Cant really shop and always feels like a grab and go experience. Discounts not always available and prices are too high.

Petco nice small store and has a lot of needed things for pets. I would have given them 5 stars but being that I was down there 2 weeks ago and they was out of adult dog food and they were still out of stock of adult dog food. So I had to find another pet store that had adult dog food.

Liked the new betta fish we bought but..they didn't have any real plants for the fish tank & they had at least 4 dead betta fish that looked they've been dead for the past 2 to 4 days.

Expensive. Would rather go to a small pet business but they don't stock so many things. What a world, what a world... ????

Good place to shop for your pet things

The employees here are great! So thoughtful, helpful, and very kind.

Bring your pets, and they will love you for it! Probably the best thing we have done all day. We followed the pack to PETCO to choose a new toy. Sniffed the rawhide conveniently placed at nose level, and mommy tried fitting us with Halloween costumes; my paws are tired, and now it's time to nap. Next time we hope to find our favorite football jersey. ????Pearl & Roxy

Helpful, knowledgeable staff helped us choose a healthier kibble option for all our animals. Quality pet food/care throughout the store. They also co-OP with the ASPCA and hold affordable vaccine clinics. We own 4 cats and 2 dogs so those clinics are huge for saving $. Don't forget to price match with they're online prices js

Bought 10 fish from the store, 9 of them died in less then 48 hours, tank is fully functional for 10 plus years so that's not the problem.

Do not recommend grooming services

Kory does a mini makeover for my baby girl. It includes nail trim, cleaning ears, brushing teeth, and a spritz of perfume. Of course my fur baby does not going there but she is so happy after it's done lol!

They need more reliable folks to groom for them-- they have too few folks for the demand.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent variety pet food, treats and toys. Have become a regular customer since acquiring a puppy.
