Ultimutt Grooming Salon Wailuku, Hawaii

Ultimutt is the only place on the island I trust for my dog’s grooming needs. He comes out smelling amazing with a big smile on his face. He has black nails so I am always nervous about cutting his quick but ultimutt is so careful! I appreciate how much they care about the dogs who come in, I’d highly recommend this local business.

I called around to make an appointment for my baby. A few places were rude when asked a few questions, so I figured that would be the case when grooming my boy. Ultimutt personnel were extremely nice when making the appointment, the place was clean when I arrived, and they were extremely professional. My baby's cut was perfect! Big recommendation if you are looking for a groomer!

I highly recommend this place. The service from over the phone to In the salon was great. I have taken my dogs to petco for several years. The whole covid-19 issue has made me more aware of who and where I spend my money. This place was great as far as covid-19 protocols while also being friendly and staffed and owned by local people. They also charged me less and took better care of my fur baby than the other establishment. Parking can be a little tricky but well worth it. They have gained mine and my family's business. Please support this business or another local especially in these trying times.

They do an amazing job with our very difficult Shiba!

2nd time getting my doggie cut by them. Warm and friendly customer service. I like that they take notes on your pets visit like the length of the haircut. Howie looks so young and cute after his fresh cut! Love the bandana that goes with it. Thanks Ultimutt!

These ladies actually trimmed my insane Shiba inu's nails. That makes them the first place to pull that off. Which means they are the best. No question.

We took our Shih Tzu here and got the works done (shampoo, hair cut, nails & butt). They where great, polite, curious, sent reminders of appointments so you won't forget. The place is clean an fresh, easy to find. Will defenitly be a repeat customer.

I have taken 3 dogs here...small, medium and large and Ultimutt was excellent with all 3!! I was nervous about the dog’s behavior but the salon was precessional and experienced at handling everything. The services were great as well :) I will definitely be taking my pups back again...
