Addressed all my concerns. Did not feel rushed at all. Will find time for emergencies. Reasonable rates. Convenient location. Very thankful to have a pet ophthalmologist on island.

The doctor there is very thorough and explains everything to you which I was very thankful for. The staff were all so helpful and nice. I was very pleased with the treatment my dog got there.

Dr Yamagata and her team were so kind and compassionate. I could not go in the office but Ginger was so loving I totally trusted handing Sammy to her.. I felt Gingers sincerity in caring for Sammy. Dr Yamagata was thorough in explaining everything and asked questions to come up with the right treatment plan.

She did an amazing job correcting Bruno’s (my Cane Corso) cherry eye at 6&10 mo old. He got it in both eyes. He is now 2 years old and has recovered very well. No dry eyes or irregularities that may be possible with surgery.

My goodness, after my excruciatingly awful experience at Animal clinic of Honolulu, Dr Yamagata was a breath of fresh air! She was so informative and thorough. She even drew me pictures and showed example pictures. I can't give her enough stars! Best place to take your baby with eye issues. Mahalo from the bottom of my heart!

Very pleasant and thorough. The office staff was great too. I was told they are very busy, but because the nature of my dog's condition, they gave me an appointment for the next morning. I'm very thankful to have been able to bring my dog in right away.

I went for my cat's eye and I thought he'd need extensive treatment. Fortunately the doctor while thorough and knowledgeable, was honest enough to let us know that all he had was scar tissue from the herpes virus that could be treated homeopathicaly with the vitamin Lysine. The staff were all extremely professional and nice. They handled Sammy, my cat, very gently. I was very impressed with the care my cat got at this clinic. The only thing is, there isnt much of a sign outside. So using GPS is a must.
