United cargo damaged my personal tool box then said it would take 60-90 to reimburse me. It didn't take 60-90 to damage my box why should I wait to get compensated.

I go here for my job delivering radio pharmaceutical to guam. I know there is a long wait period for my DG so I'm very understandable and am willing to wait. It isn't so bad as long as you there before the line starts. So today was at around 1130 am. Ladies at the counter are as friendly as one can be when you have to deal with customers that are shipping things which require meticulous paper work so kudos for them. However I did witness them help other customers faster then me because of my DG and they kept telling one another to do the paper work till finally one of them stepped up and did it. Took a good 20-30mins before the process was started on my shipment. Would of given a five star but thats my experience so far everytime I come here.

United Petsafe was absolutely wonderful with my pet. She was treated well and arrived at her destination in pristine condition. I was greated warmly and thoroughly taken care of. The process was simple and much cheaper than using a pet mover like I did to get on island.

The most useless people at the desk and answering the phone. Worst experience ever. Took several times to ship my pets. The people answering the phones sounded like illiterate troglodytes

Very lazy people over the counter, even when they pick up the phone they sounds like you wake them up especially after 6pm. Computer is not updated many times. Old fashioned bad communications.

SLOW SLOW SLOW! Any slower, we'd be moving backwards. Five customers sitting down waiting, two clerks at the counter, with NO customers at the counter, and the number counter has been stuck on "27" (I'm #31!) for over 20 mins!
