Clean, good selection of supplies, lots of fish. Pets adoption cages mostly empty though, so not much to pick from beyond a few guinea pigs or a couple cats.

Helpful employee in finding what I was looking for

First off let me say, the day started with some bad news from the vet, It's been a tough time for us. Taking her to get groomed, everyone just adoring her made my heart melt, I want all my dog's experiences and moment to be joyful and happy and and they did just that. *Cheryl* did such an amazing job especially with her nails, My dog has really long quicks, Most places barely cut her nails. But my girl Cheryl did her thing! My baby came out the cutest and happy. Thank you so much for turning such a difficult day into A heart-warming one.

always in stock of my furry babies favorite snacks and dog food . Their grooming services is top notch. My doggy is hard to groom , he likes to fight and wriggle around. I give them credit , they are very patient with him. We also like to buy clothes for him and they seem to always have something cute.

The Grooming section is the absolute worse , Tiffany did the grooming on my puppy and she basically just shaved her head after I asked for a trim around eyes and ears. When I went to pick her up she had a collar on her that was practically chocking her. Never again.

I wrote a bad interview about this place because someone forgot to add us to the schedule and we’ve been waiting for two weeks. But after doing so. We got a call from Adam and he took care of everything that day ! In a matter of hours we had our appointment done! Just ask for Adam. If something is wrong with your animal, anything wrong ? Ask for Adam. He polite. He’ll understand. He will communicate and find a way, when I tell you ask for Adam. My people. Just ask for Adam. #Adam #JustAskForHim

Love this PetSmart in Mililani!! Always clean and stocked up on the supplies we need for out pets. We also leave happy because we get to visit the kitty's ❤

Their workers are really helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise they have.. They can answer almost any question u may have about ur pet....

Nice clean store with a lot of supplies for a variety of pets. Got my pup a new squeaky toy which was on sale. Service at checkout was good and quick. But getting an appointment here for the groomers is difficult, they are very busy and I have two pups that I want seen at the same time, so I go to another location, Kapolei. There's more openings there.

Originally rated this place 5 stars, but a recent visit has made me change it to 3 stars. Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or what, but she did not make the situation better. Essentially we went there to purchase some greenies for our pup, and saw that they were labeled at cheaper price. When we went to purchase it, it rang up as more expensive. We questioned the cashier, and she called into her manager. We overhead the manager say "Just give them that price....uggggghhhh" We later asked what happened, the cashier replied, just be happy we're giving it to you at that price....yikes. The snark in her voice and the customer service was appalling. My wife was not happy, she's not one to leave a bad review. I feel that as a community we complain that people forget how to be people again. We didn't come in with a frown on our face. Just feels like some people need to take a step back and breathe a little. We live nearby and will likely come back, but we definitely did not like our latest experience there. Side note, our 1.5 year old loves looking at the fishes!

Unhappy that associate would not price match puppy training pads with price advertised online at PetSmart.com

Bad experience in the grooming department. They were running late, my dog was left in the kennel for a while, the hair cut was awful, partially shaved. My dog was traumatized. When I returned you could hear other dogs barking in the back. Unhappy pups. Not going back to the grooming department and the store lost a customer too! Go to Petco. Better service.

Every time I go to Mililani PetSMart, they are always willing to help and sometimes share more information that helps with my new pet dog. Thank you PetSmart!

My kids and I ❤ coming here and looking at the variety of fishes, birds, mice and kittens ect... STORE is Clean, neat and well organized. The employees are very nice too.

Not a pet fan. Just picked up food for someone.

Of course I'm biased, but I believe PetSmart is better than PetCo because last I checked prices were lower. Also the staff have always been great with resolving price issues, and sales, and using the app is perfect for curbside and stock checks. Also the in-app game is a quick way to get 15%, 20%, or 25% coupons like these!

Wanted new dog feeding bowls, didn't feel like there was much of a selection.
