Found the kitten supplement milk and the service was good!

Friendly and efficient staff. Shelves are well stocked. Only recommendation for is to be careful of the homeless in the area, they walk on the streets and don't look for oncoming cars and run across randomly.

Staff is friendly, the shop online and pick up option is great too.

Always a pleasure to do business with the staff. They are always wonderful to the pets!

The ladies working there missed out on a sale- they wouldn't sell me any of the fish! I believe they were discriminating and must've thought I was homeless or something because they sure were talking down to me. Very bad customer service. I don't even want to give them one star! Worst of all, every fish I asked for they turned me down so I left unhappy and encourage others not to shop here.

Went in to buy pet essentials, and was surprised by the lack of markup on the litter. Petco has it for $70, and it was $58.99 here, which matched their online price, unlike Petco

I order online frequently using the free DoorDash delivery option and the convenience is great. However, as others have said, they run out of stock often. My orders will be altered after placing, and sometimes only a few cans get delivered. I tried to contact the store to see if they could order more of a specific food to this location (it’s always stocked in Kapolei) and was told that’s not possible. They don’t control what they stock, the orders just arrive and they unbox them. Seems like a bit of an odd inventory policy to me, but it is what it is. It’s a corporation, not an independent, locally ran shop.

It had everything we needed to take care of the dog. But, I really like the birds. They were so beautiful. Oh, the lady that checked us out was so nice and friendly. She played with the children and made them feel good about what was going on.

First time going into this store. But they have a lot of good items. But very pricey. The only problem is that they don't have a pharmacy for dogs medications.

Clean store, great employees, easy to get in and out with exactly what you need. Lot can be a little dangerous as people tend to ignore the stop signs, and definitely don't care who is trying to back out of a spot

Customer service not adequate to manage business issues. Understaffed, and when they cancel your appointment , no emails, no phone calls , but will unlock $5 discount for next attempt. Support local business for dog grooming needs or schedule appointment here and share email account at your own risk. Five parking stalls not on skid row 2.0. Employees have bad attitude, makes getting your dog groomed a mission. Made appointment two weeks in advance. Zero customer support for human time or 2 yr old retriever.

Went in to check out their fish. These tanks did not look like they have been cleaned in months. A lot of algae and saw a few dead fish. One was a Koi angelfish. Had some of the bottom feeders eating a dead fish. One dead fish was part of the artificial plant.
