Went wish a friend, stayed in car. Tried to make a purchase through their app for pick up but the app wasn't working again. Bought my items someplace else.

They have a large selection of products, just extremely expensive. Walmart is a much better option.

Fast and friendly, the food I was looking for was empty on the shelf, but when I asked I was shown a end cap that had what I wanted. Maybe stock both locations in the store though.

First time there, went in and wooow amazing. Asked a question to the cashier, can u tell me where ur meds for dog rash is, she looked confused n proceeds telling me it's over at the end of this wall, said ok off I went low n below here comes to different customers say this one really works on my dogs, other one says yes that's right bc I have 5 dogs whoooa mama, hehe. Then she says this ones work for my 3 small ones, the bigger dogs well they just don't go outside. If ever u want help ask a customer, better results.

Petco's Hilo location is great. They are deserving for my high scores because of the whole overall experience. Workers are friendly and helpful, the store is clean at all times, they always have items in stock, great in store deals, they price match items online, if you have a question then 10/10 times they know the answer, showcasing the animals is always a plus for the keiki's, all animals are allowed inside and the atmosphere is just great from the moment to step in to the moment you step out. Plus they obey all COVID-19 mandates with signs and markings of staying 6 feet apart and having a max occupancy of people in the store at a time. They also make it easy for people who want less contact due to the pandemic by having specific stalls outside for a drive up/pick up fast experience. Mahalo Hilo Petco for amazing service. I will be back for sure!

I am always in Petco. Love the selection, and variety. All the associates are pretty friendly, and helpful. Plus they honor price matching on their website.

Lots of items for many different animals. Would not apply all of my PalsRewards to my online order. Ordered 3 items online and used my PalsRewards. One item was out of stock. So Petco only allowed me to use $3.80 instead of the full $5.00 reward. Petco took away $1.20 of my reward for the out of stock item. I was penalized for ordering an item that was out of stock. DON'T SHOP THERE.
