Fantastic pet shop on the big island! Super friendly staff and made us miss our pups so much, but they helped us pick the best souvenirs for them

Aloha Pawz is an awesome store, they have everything you could think of for your dogs. This is sweet family run business, not some corporate run place that really doesn't care about you or your animals. Paulla is amazing and will try to help you out even when it's busy, her staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Help a family run business out and support this place if you have pets, they treat you like family.

We saw this place on our honeymoon and had to stop. They had the CUTEST leashes, toys, and awesome pet food. We made out with a bandana, leash, and boba toy. Wish we had one where we live!

Was treated extremely poorly by owner and told “I must be a tourist” when I pointed out her rudeness because my partner, who is Asian and originally from Oahu, was waiting outside smoking. She condescendingly told us to move because she could smell the smoke through her mask. My partner and I were over 25ft away from her door. Lost all future business. She made both of us fell very unwelcome.

Super friendly and very convenient pet shop. It was the only place in town to get the elevated dog cot I wanted. The prices were more than online, but I'm happy to give my money to a local business. They have a rewards program too.

Cute pet store with everything from food and treats to toys and accessories. They have homemade style treats and cute Hawaiian collars with matching leashes. They even had brain games for dogs which is hard to find at other pet stores.

Great staff and awesome store. I buy my dogs raw food and my cat food here and my animals love it, they snuff all other foods. Great to bring your dogs with you to get them out and about, the toys are at dog level so she can pick one if it catches her attention.

Since moving to the Big Island, I have shopped at this store maybe ... 2-3 times a month, if not more. They were the only place that stocked the (raw) food my dog was eating at the time. At some point, there was some kind of shipment issue (manufacturer's side) and they didn't have my food in stock for a bit. They were great about updating shipment status and taking phone calls asking about the product ... they even made a customer phone list of to notify folks as soon as they got their shipment in. The staff was so great about offering comparable alternative options. I ended up switching to what they recommended because my dog loved it so much! Everyone is ALWAYS super friendly and they have a great product selection. 1000% reccomend this place!

They have the best ice cream for dogs, I always get the peanut butter ice cream :)

Owner is very intelligent and shared his knowledge of dog food, we talked about nutrition, pet health and the quality of food they carry and other sources on this island. Always helpful and easy to talk story with.

Love that they do the adoption days. They also are the only place that stocks the type of dog food we need. Glad that they are sorting out the stocking problem asap.

Great pet store. One of the only places on the big island to get raw dog food. I drive over an hour to get my dog food from them. A++ for carrying top shelf brands and helping us take great care of our dogs! Thanks guys we couldnt do it without you!
