Dr Rob and his staff are literally the best. I have had a good experience every single time.

My dogs and puppies have been treated by Dr Rob even before he was in his own practice … we were so lucky to have found him again … everyone from the front desk staff, our favorite techs and Dr Rob always go above and beyond .. PS .. we travel an hour and a half each way without traffic .. wouldn’t go anywhere else

Started seeing Dr.Rob a year ago for TPOL surgery. This was a long and rough road. But his understanding and compassion and most of all honesty is what kept us there the entire time. I can honestly say he made us feel like VIPs every single time. Staff is fantastic and always accomedating ( I'm in patient care which was challenging with hours). Thank you guys again for giving Hazel some quality of life in her old age. ❤️

Trying to make money from the euthanasia of wildlife In your area is is unprofessional and cruel. The act of trying to charge $50 to euthanize a suffering wild turtle tells me all I need to know about your practice. FyI- I am an RVT and have worked in the vet field for almost 30 years. This is the one and only place that has tried to charge for euthanasia of a wild animal out of 50 or more rescues.

They really love all animals

First of all, the facility is beautiful, inviting, and very clean! The outside looks like a cozy yet modern home, not a cold or sterile business. My sweet dog had an ear infection and needed treatment, and my wait to see the vet was not long at all. The gentleman who assisted us was incredibly caring and friendly (in a genuine way), and he was gentle and patient with Lucy. He swabbed the ear and tested it, and we talked with the main vet after to discuss meds. They administered the first treatments, and we were on our way in 15 minutes tops! Overall a very positive experience, and I am more than satisfied with the level care and professionalism we received. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the price. I assume it was all standard pricing, but I am perhaps a bit spoiled from the last clinic we used to visit, Well Pet Humane, which offers discounted rates for lower income clients. Other than that, I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic! Highly recommend!

We took our two kitties here today for the first time and it was such a good experience. They were so friendly and welcoming, very thorough with our kitties, took great care of them and the prices are VERY affordable. We will definitely be coming back for all future needs.

They are always kind, friendly, helpful and truly go above and beyond. A perfect example of all of the above just took place today. My family (including our dog) just returned from vacation. It seemed that Charley (our dog) had an ear infection and was shaking and itching constantly. I called to see if they could get him in, unfortunately they had no appointments but said they would try to squeeze him in as a waiter. They would look at him when they had a free second. I took Charley in expecting to have to leave him for most of the day. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to look at him right away. It was truly 5 star customer/patient service. They could’ve said they had no openings, or had me leave Charley for hours; instead they were welcoming and extremely attentive. Charley and I were in and out in well under an hour. Thank you so much!!!

This vet this amazing! I brought my dog (Oakley) here for the first time and she did amazing! She already has really bad anxiety when going into clinics. She is also a bite risk so I was very worried on how the staff was gonna handle her, but she came out to the car with a huge smile on her face! I was very pleased with it being her first time at a new vets office. Everyone is super sweet and the doctor was awesome! I love this place so much and it looks like Oakley found her forever vet!

Dr Rob and all his staff is just amazing!!! He have been taking our dogs and puppies to him for over 2 years now and they not only do an outstanding job, they are very cordial, professional, informative, and they do care a lot about your pet. Highly recommended !!! Our dog Ginger started labor last night and we called him first thing in the morning, we brought her in at 8am. He had to perform a C Section and in a couple of hours we had Ginger and puppies back at home!!! We can not thank him enough !!!!

My wife & I took our cat here for the first time today. It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a vets office. It’s a beautiful & well kept facility on the outside (we couldn’t come in because of Covid though) they did a great job staying safe! Great parking. The vet & staff truly seems to care about the pets of all types. Wonderful people. Wonderful place. Will always recommend to anyone.

FINALLY! A vet clinic that doesn’t price gouge, has excellent customer service, and has my pets best interest in mind. Sooo glad I switched to them. I’ve had experiences with three of the vets there so far and they were all very pleasant and efficient. I even had a vet call me back and tell me that my dog didn’t need a service that I’d inquired about. My other dentist would’ve done it in a second just for the money! I’m sold and you should be too. You won’t be disappointed.
