Amazing, I drive 45 minutes because I trust their care

I got my Dobermans ears posted they did a really good job very friendly people in there Gunners ears look great ????

Appointment scheduled in November for 1:00 on December 21st. Arrived at 12:40 and did not leave until 3:40!!! Only saw the assistant and vet for about 10 minutes of that time - so disappointed. Will give them another chance since it was the week of Christmas, but next year I will wait until after the first of the year to schedule an appointment to see if it makes a difference. I would like to suggest that the vet and assistant type notes in the computer as they are examining the dog instead of making the customer wait another 40 minutes and because we had 2 dogs, they mixed up the names on the reports!!!

I dont remember the name of the vet/vet tech who helped me, but she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and took great care of my daughters kitten

We took our pregnant Cane Corso to Budget Vet and was thankful that the whole staff was friendly a patient with Phoenixx this is her first liter.

Pull that carpet up please!!!!!!!! it smells soooooooooo bad and it’s unsanitary!!! Other then that excellent service

I had someone drop of my dog for an exam to see if he could get the elongated soft palate surgery at 7 months instead of one year due to the severity of his condition. My pet was picked up and from what I was told, they decided he would need to wait until he is 1 year of age because the tissue may grow back. I called the vet to speak to either the technician or vet and the receptionist said they would call back. After waiting 15 minutes with no call back, I called back and was told by the receptionist that they are checking in the last patient. No has called back to explain anything to me regarding my puppies appointment. With this experience, it’s obvious that they are not a good fit for my puppies surgery. I care about him dearly and they clearly do not care about the animal.

They are so good with all the fur babies. And it's affordable for the fur parents.

We take a lab mix and 2 Chihuahuas here and absolutely love the vet and most of the tech's. So greatful for everything they do at a fair price.

I bring my dog casino in when I can I love everyone there but this is the 3rd time they don't get his front paw in the back.

We just added a golden doodle to our family and wanted a budget friendly vet that also had a great reputation, I called Budget vet and they were able to see us same day for our girls shots. Once there we were greeted and finished out the door within 15-20 minutes!

Budget Vet is an awesome provider for all of my pet care needs, great prices and service.

Love Dr. Lassiter. She saved our male cat when other vets told us we might need to put him down and 3 years later he's still going strong. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. So glad we found them.

I called yesterday (September 29 2021) the women I spoke to was pretty rude. Budget vet was my last hope for help with my dog and the women on the phone after I told her what was going on just said “yeah i don’t know what to tell you so yeah bye” out of all vets I called they was the rudest. Which was odd because I have gotten my dogs fixed there a while ago and they were not mean at all. I don’t think I will ever go back there again and it’s because of that one women. She would not let me talk to anyone else and wouldn’t even provide me with any kind of help.

Great pricing, friendly staff, and scheduled and completed my chihuahua's spay in under a week. Highly recommend.

Terrible place only wants your money. Found a Kitten on side the Road maybe a week old suffering . Called to see if could put it to sleep so it didn't have to suffer. Told me I have to make an appointment because they're full. But when I spoke to the lady on the phone I was told they're an emergency vet. She kept trying to get me to say it was my kitten by asking " how old is your kitten " so I would have to pay for it . If I could give 0 stars I would ..

My second visit resulted in my dog hind leg amputation, which was the most difficult decision I had to make, but the office explained everything to me an also the risk. The price was a relief. The day of surgery I dropped my baby off in the morning, they went over everything they were going to be doing, also got updated x rays while my dog was in surgery. They called me before she went into surgery, and when she got out to tell me how she was doing. They kept her overnight which was hard for me but I knew it was best for her. Her surgery was 8/18 and my baby is up an walking an eating today 8/20. Staff is great, and yes they give you a price before you leave the office which no better has ever done that before. This will be my dogs permanent vet, i love this place...yes the smell is pretty strong, but you should have a mask on anyway right lol!!!!

Carpet smell is nauseating. Really,,, carpet in a vets office? No sense of organization. Seems like a front for breeding, if you cherish your pet go to a real vet

I really enjoyed the staff they seemed friendly. They made sure to tell me what things cost before doing what they needed to do and it was very affordable only downfall is the smell its smells like urine so bad i would suggest ripping up the carpet and just have a concrete floor to wash up and have a lot of air freshener but overall this is a great place

The prices and the animal care at this facility are great I would not be able to do half of what I do for my animals without this place.

This place took very good care of my daughters kitty. I am glad that they are here in Conyers. I will definitely be going back to them

We are new to Conyers and I've been to BV four times - 2 at the previous location and 2 at the new one. I do not like the fact that I have yet to meet the vet. I realize COVID changed things but masks were required by clients so I didn't understand why I have been unable to meet him/her(?) yet. I have older dogs and they're not comfortable with strangers. My little dog refused to follow the tech and had to be picked up and carried. We waited over an hour for paperwork that was "being processed" when it was time to check out. Another client had been waiting 4 hours! I had to be insistent so I could get my dog and the paperwork so I could get to work. I've had animals all my life and realize the nature of the business will leave strong smells, but this place was dirty and absolutely REEKED of animal urine. I've never been to a vet clinic that was as dirty and smelled as bad as BV. Pull up the carpet and either leave the surface concrete or put down vinyl tile. I had to keep going outside so I could breathe. I got an overall feeling of disorganization at BV and I won't be going back. Kaye Abell

Get vet office. They get you in and out quick but you don't feel rushed and they are great with my dogs
