DO NOT GO HEAR, they do not care that your animal is sick, they care about the money and charge ridiculous prices, they denied my cat even though I stated he was doing horrible and needs help asap, they didn’t just charge such a high price but were trying to add a $35 new client fee?? My animals sick and needs help and you’re more worried about money than helping him?? This place is proof of people who do it for the money.

Closes at 5pm but stops seeing patients at 4pm??? Wished they had told me that before I drove from another town.

I can’t even begin to describe how incredible this office is. My poor baby got so sick. I called around and no one had anything available to see him right away. Thankfully I called Watson Animal hospital, they don’t make you set up an appointment and took him right away. They did some tests and discovered he was severely diabetic. They kept him a few days to get his blood sugar down. They kept me updated every step of the way. As devastated as I was, I was so grateful to have found these angels. I will never take my baby to any other veterinarian office. Now my sweet Watson is living his best life because of them.

You can tell this office cares about their patients. They were helpful over the phone and in person. Great customer service, they saw my puppy as a walk in with barely a wait and he’s feeling 100% better today! Thank you so much for your help! Definitely recommend this vet!

I don't understand why this place has 4 .5 stars. I guess maybe cause the vet chooses who he wants to do right or wrong. I was one he chose to do wrong. Charged me $350 for tests that were not done to my cat who I know passed away 30 mins after arriving there. I also got charged for the overnight hospitalization fee when my cat was already in the freezer overnight. And when I first got there these wrong doers made sure I paid up front or else I wasn't getting my cat back. At first my charges were 175 then went up to 350. The vet knew my cat would die but made it like there was a chance he would live so he could get as much money out of me as he possibly could. This vet did me so wrong!!! And if this helps anybody from going here then don't go. Then they had the nerve to send me a sympathy card. It is so hard for me to find a vet whom I can honestly trust. I will never go here again...ever!

The office staff is rude and unprofessional They never know what's going on . The vets here are ok but never take the time to talk or explain things to you , if you can't find another to go to this is ok in a pinch

I called every vet in Macon and Forsyth with an emergency and they were all “booked”. This place didn’t ask what type of emergency, just said come there now. They obviously had a full book as well by the look of the parking lot. Turned out to be not so much of an emergency, but they have my business from now on, even though it’s a 30 min drive.

We took in our boxer with a hematoma on the ear an the vet was great. He explained how they happen and checked for infection or mites. We were lucky. He just needed a few days of low dose steroids. He got hi shots and we got out for less than 200.00 bucks a lot less. We were very pleased with how sweet the vet was and how thorough he was. I felt like he really loves animals.

This is by far the most amazing vet in Warner Robins. Their heart is for the animal and they care about what they are doing. Unfortunately we have had 2 emergency visits with two different animals this week and both times their service was the best I have ever seen at a vet. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!!!!

Ya'll I stood by this place when they were "Losing dogs" but no more. Today I took my dog cause her leg has been bothering her. Got there and told them I KNEW she was going to have to be sedated because of her pain level and they said they would have to do it for x-rays when we where here last time. So I asked could I PLESE come in to be with her so she wasn't as stressed out and to make the staffs job easier too. They told me NO cause of COVID. (just FYI none of their staff wears a mask and stand like foot from everyone and goes into everyones cars so covid safety is CLEARLY not top of the list) but ok I get it so I ask "OK well after ya'll see her today Id like her records so I can take her some place that will let me in with her" I sat out there over an HOUR when some guy brings me her records I asked "are they not going to see her" he shrugs and basically dismisses me.So now I have a dog in a lot of pain and Im scrambling to find a place that can see her today.. I LOVE the Vets there, but his staff is gonna run that place into the ground!! They also close for over 2 hours for lunch which is a little excessive. There are 2 vets working there. Surely they can take different lunch "hours"

My family has only trusted Drs. Dorough and Summers with our fur babies, past and present! Their service is top-rate and prices are very fair. You will be treated with kindness and professionalism at WRAH.

Had a wonderful experience here. Our cat was sick and we hadn't taken him to a vet in about 8 years. We arrived a little after 9:30am on a Wednesday, no appointment, and only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. Our cat is not friendly, and both the vet and the vet tech were SO GOOD with him - I was astounded. We were in and out with a diagnosis, meds, and new food for him in about 40 minutes. Reasonably priced too. Wonderful place, we will be back!

This place is old school, which means that they save you a lot of money. Dr. Summers was wonderful to my blind cat, Crabby. He was very straight forward and helpful. The receptionist, Candy was the highlight for me. She spoke to me like a person. She made me feel heard, and just as important as any other pet parent. She was very helpful with the prices and availability of everything as well. Thank you to both of you for helping us! I would recommend this odd little place to anyone.

I'm a little biased because my fur baby sees Dr. Dorough here. We love this friendly hometown animal Hospital. It's the oldest in town....Est.1955. It's a family owned & operated facility. Also has kennels.

We've taken our two dogs here from when they were puppies (13-14 years). Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Only have had to wait for more than 15 or 20 minutes a couple of times. Just good advice and care. Nothing fancy or pressure to get procedures that aren't absolutely necessary.

I've taken every animal I've had here since 1986. These folks LOVE my pets as much I do!! They've worked days off to take care of my pets when I was scared because they were sick and called me back after hours numerous times. Dr. Dorrough and Candy and the entire staff ROCK!!
