Great clinic, always helpful and responsive. Dr. Knox is great with our cats and all of the vet techs have been great as well. They take good care of your animals.

Absolutely the best care we could have received for our fur babies. Dr. Knox was amazing with our Great Dane when she had an emergency, and made sure we knew what we needed to do for her future care. We have also kenneled her here while on vacation, and the staff took excellent care of her. I can’t say enough about this amazing place!

He called daily to check up on her when she returned home. Dr. Hilliard and staff are extremely compassionate, caring, and devoted to helping! The staff is Extraordinary! They treat you like family and are very professional and courteous! I feel truly BLESSED to have Dr. HIlliard and his staff as our veterinary home!

My girl gets so so anxious going to any vet’s office and the staff at Houston Veterinary Clinic are all extremely patient with her! They are always able to get us in in a timely manner. The Vet was even able to assist me via email/phone call last weekend when they weren’t able to fit us in same-day. I am very pleased with the service here!

My son gave me a 6 month putt who had watery stool and so skinny you could count his ribs. I brought him to Houston Veterinary Clinic. They accessed his condition, gave him medicine to treat stool and vaccinated Bluma. The next day she was running around in the yard and her stool was solid. She's happy and healthy now and so juicy I cant count her ribs anymore. I love Houston Vet. Clinic!

This is the nest veterinary practice I have been to. They are so reliable and so knowledge able, they answer my questions before I even ask most of them. They are professional but also personable and have even followed up with me via email when my little Bailey had her shots. The level of care my pets receive here goes above and beyond even most primary care practices i have been to fort myself or my family. I strongly recommend Dr Hilliard or Dr Hilliard for any veterinary needs. They really care well for my four-legged furry family members.

I have a one year old husky, Frostbite, who I've brought here since he was 3 months old. Great place and great people who I trust with my pup. Always feel comfortable with boarding and appointments. Dr. Knox is awesome.

Absolutely love this vet. Dr.Knox makes himself available for any questions regardless time of day. The staff is amazing, you can tell they love what they do. It is a little pricey but I rather spend a little more for the amazing service we get than go cheap for horrible service. They do offer boarding for current patients, which is a great option.

They’re always very quick to get my pup in and the vet calls and answers any questions I have! Very caring and professional place to bring your fur babies.

When I walked in the ladies in the front were warm and inviting and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Knox Hilliard went above and beyond to help my beloved cat come through his illness while I had no choice but to be out of town. Dr. Hilliard kept me updated on his progress and treated my cat as if he was his own. In addition, he did not order tests or treatments just to rack up a bill. Houston Veterinary Clinic Staff are Awesome!!! They really give southern hospitality a new meaning. I have taken my fur baby to them for not only annual check ups but also for emergency services. Scheduling an appointment during these times were a breeze. During the emergency visit, I was scheduled an appointment that same morning and was asked to call them back in my fur baby wasn't better the next day. Being able to see the Vet the same day really alleviated my anxiety concerning my fur baby health. Houston Veterinary Clinic Staff and Vets are Outstanding professionals.

The entire process was so smooth and easy. The Doctor and staff were all extremely friendly and professional. They earned the 5 stars that were given in my review. I will be sure to send them customers and will continue to use them again. Thanks for caring as much for our loving pets as we do.

My fur baby had to go to ER one evening and needed a follow up. Dr. Hilliard’s office was willing to see her the next day! The entire staff was extremely sweet, to my fur baby and my family. Dr. Hilliard spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood the treatment plan. It is obvious they all love working with animals! We now have a new vet for our pets! ❤️

They took great care of our new puppy. Very fast and efficient and got me in within three days when other practices couldn’t get me in for a month.

The service here is lovely and the employees are wonderful as well. My dogs are always treated well and shown a lot of love. Giving 4 stars due to the grooming standards. I have a pair of double coated dogs and it seems that they only brushed the top surface of their fur. I'd still recommend them for all other services, but I plan on investing in my own grooming equipment. It just kind of sucks to get them back after a week covered in mats.

I came in on a Saturday as a walk in and was seeing the younger Dr Hilliard in less than an hour. He also answered his email in minutes on a Sunday after hours. The staff made me feel like they actually care about my kitty and I appreciate that greatly.

Most compassionate vet staff in town. Thorough diagnosis and both doctors will answer any questions you have. They take time with you and your pet.

Excellent customer service, and Dr. Hilliard is fantastic. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
