We had our 3 dogs groomed for the first time. They asked very specific questions on our preferences and executed perfectly. Our one dog is a Wheaton mix and her paws came out fluffy and perfect. She’s never looked so good. We will definitely be back.

I have two poodles, used tons of groomers over the years. Pawplex is far and away the best I've ever used. Outstanding work, highly responsive/flexible about appointments, and great value.

We've always been happy with Brittany's works , therefore we are not asking for any refund whatsoever even you have offered. The bottom line is that we all care and love our pets and want the best for them. (12/22/21) P.S. below is the First post (12/21/21) We are very disappointed and concerned when we picked up our puppy today. Brittany is always doing a great job grooming our puppy. However, our appointment was at 9am and we never got a call until 1:30, we actually called them just to hear that they were backed up. Anyway, we have two points to make here. 1) We totally understand about how things are at this time year because We are in the customer service industry too. But when we make our appointment, we expect that they will schedule their technicians accordingly. Four hours behind is not acceptable. We rather keep our puppy home and drop off if needed for his sake. 2) Secondly and most importantly, our puppy was so DISTRESSED, completely SCARED, TIRED on the way home ( 5 minutes away) and has been in bed up to now which is 4 hours later. It breaks our heart to watch him like that. We would like to know what had happened to our puppy during those 5 hours. We are considering to look for another place even though Brittany is terrific but the management is not.

New to the area and need to groom my standard poodle. We came in for a mini groom (feet, face, bottom). The groom it self was okay, the dog doesn’t smell fresh she stinks of other dogs. Also her nails were hot cut but filled. I specifically take her grooming to get nails cut because they are brown and hard to cut myself, we left and they are as long as they were. The place DID NOT ask for her rabies or other vaccines confirmation. As soon as I walked in, the place has the strongest smell of wet dog inside. That’s is the first pet service business that I’ve been inside that smelled that bad. The mini groom took 4 hours, that’s how long a full groom usually takes… long story short, we aren’t going there again.

I had been search for a groomer for quite a while. The dogs seemed scared to be there, terrible haircuts, appearance of rushing. I went to PawPlex and we found our home! The best groom they have had for a long time, possibly ever. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you PawPlex!

Paw Plex always does a great job on our standard poodle Murphy. Staff is always friendly and i recommend them highly.

I have been taking our Cocker Spaniels & most recently our King Charles Cavalier to groomers for over 25 years now, and The PawPlex is the best pet grooming salon I have ever been to. They offer great service, with reasonable prices, very clean & friendly, & my fur baby likes to go there : )

This place and employees are awesome! They do a great job! I have a husky mix with LOTS of hair and they do a fantastic job grooming him and taking great care of him! I would highly recommend them!

Buddy had a wonderful time at The Paw Plex. After some initial problems with the outgoing reservation system, I confirmed his stay. Everyone at the facility was professional and seemed to really care about their "guests.". Due to the initial mix up with the reservation, the owner contacted me and gave Buddy and nice bath for our troubles. Thanks to everyone at The Paw Plex!

I've been having trouble trimming my puppy's nails and shaving his paw pads. They did it with no issues in a matter of minutes!

So thankful I found PawPlex for grooming my labradoodles!! They are great groomers and my dogs come home clean, well groomed, & happy!! Very reasonable pricing, too!

The team at PawPlex took great care of our trim-averse dog. Their work was great, and the price was much better than at other places!

I have a doggie who has a tough time getting his nails clipped. The staff at the PawPlex was super cordial, understanding and able to get him clipped. They gave me tips for the next visit. Thank you so much for working with Elijah and his anxiety with clipping.

The mindful attention they give to each dog is inspiring. We have a bit of an anxious pup and they care so fully that his behavior is attended to but the love for each fur baby is also a priority and thought about equally. We love the PawPlex and the care they provide, especially Annabelle with her attention to detail and sweetness. Thank you for giving us peace of mind!!

Trip is always well cared for and gets a good bath and groom!

I originally thought I would love this place as they were very accommodating and the hours were great. Had no issues the first few times that I was made aware of but then I was advised that my Rottie was being aggressive and scared the employees, and that he never quite adjusted to the place. Meanwhile we explained to them how to handle him, he’s 8yrs old and likes to be left alone, does not like anyone touching his neck or pulling or pushing him. But I figured it was him and stopped taking him. I then boarded my 9lb Yorkie for 5 days. When he was picked up he was in their so called play area visibly shaking, with dogs bigger than him, looking dazed and confused. He was so dirty that my husband did not even recognize him. When he came home I immediately gave him a bath and his coat felt like a pile of slimy saliva all over him, clearly the bigger dogs were licking him during his stay, God only knows what my poor baby experienced during his stay. Took him a couple of days to adjust being home again, I felt so bad that I had left my baby and he was clearly not cared for the way I expected and the way he is usto being cared for! Never will I ever board here again. If you have little ones save them the trauma!

Very displeased on the grooming we received today. I showed a picture of what I wanted him to look like and explained from there what my expectation was. Received my baby, he didn’t smell clean. He still has the same dirty spot on his chin from where I dropped him off. His paws were leaving white residue on our clothing from where he sat. His face was not cut to my liking as I explained from the picture. His ears were not plucked like I asked and to top it off his tail was the worst part of it all. Check the photo. A chunk of his tail was cut down to the very top and the rest of the hair just looked frail and some pieces still matted. I will never bring him back to this establishment. One and done.

They always do a great job on my little dogs and are very reasonable.

*UPDATE* I initially had given a 3 star review because we were disappointed with our second grooming and the manager called me less than an hour after leaving the review. She apologized and offered for us to bring our dog back for another grooming free of charge. I am very impressed that they reached out so immediately and I have to say that I see why this place came so highly recommended. Original review: I wish I could do 3.5 stars. First time we went they did a great job and second time it wasn’t good, unfortunately. You honestly can’t even tell he was just groomed. Maybe we got a different person the second time? This place came highly recommended by friends who have gone for years so I’m guessing we just didn’t get a great groomer the second time.

I was very happy to find a place that would groom large dogs. My dogs came back happy, and looking fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with the boarding experience. As a person who has worked in a dog boarding/ daycare facility I had high expectations. When dropping off staff did not know what kennel they were going to put my dog in. I called two days prior to pick up and asked for a bath to which a staff member scheduled at 7:30 on pickup day. I arrived to the facility and was told that my dog hadn’t had a bath yet, and was told if I still wanted him to have a bath that I’d have to wait an additional hour and a half before he’d be ready. Another issue I noticed was with his feeding, I pre-bagged his food portions according to the days he would be there so there should have only been one bag left over; however there were three. It makes me question whether or not they were feeding him as instructed. All of the treats I packed for him had not been given to him. It is also very unacceptable that the staff member had to ask which dog was mine and what stuff I dropped him off with (bags, leash, harness). He also now has fleas!! Overall this was beyond unsatisfactory!

Brittany has been grooming our 3 shelties for years. She is caring and gentle and does a FABULOUS JOB! She really cares about our dogs and I would never think of going anyplace else.

Great friendly staff. My 11 month old lab puppy always comes home from day care exhausted because she gets to play all day long. A tired puppy is a happy puppy! I have also boarded her here for a few days and they have treated her great and we've even used their grooming! Overall - very satisfied!

Great people and talented groomers. I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else!
