I had a wonderful experience at Petsmart in the Mall of Georgia. The employee was so helpful. And I am very excited to bring my little puppy home tomorrow. I highly recommend your store and the fantastic, employee who helped me find my forever love.

Really bad experience with my dog today I took her over there so she can get her vaccine done today and when I picked her up she has all dirty when I called them to let them know they said they won’t take care about it they saw the dog dirty and they didn’t care they said to me that I have to buy a baby whips to clean her I I did her grooming 2 weeks ago, what a bad experience with them and service support.

I was very disappointed. My pet was still soaking wet when I picked her up her hair did not looked even brushed. Will not be doing any future bussines with petsmart.

Nikki is an excellent groomer. She's very friendly and effective in her work, She has groomed our Yorkie since he was a puppy. Even though she changed PetSmart stores, we followed her to the new store.

This location called while my dog was there stating he was being bad when they tried to trim his nails and that they made his mouth bleed. When we went to pick him up, his mouth was fine but his feet were bleeding. This means they LIED to us and no wonder he was being sensitive about his feet…. They hurt him & his hair doesn’t even look good. My baby will NEVER be going back here.????????????

PetSmart is my go to for dog supplies and dog food. The people that work there are so nice and we’ve had several good conversations about dog foods and dog needs.

Checking out is always worse part. Long slow lines.

Took my puppy here to get her vaccines and it was quick and easy. I waited for her and she was done in 15 minutes. The staff was nice and efficient.

YOU WOULD THINK THAT SUCH A WAREHOUSE TYPE STORE WOULD HAVE MORE IN SPACE & SELECTION BUT THEY DON'T EVEN CARRY PURINA BRANDS ?

Bought a ton of things off a clearance table. I love a bargain. Cashier was really pleasant.

Not a very good fish selection

The only issue I have with this store is the policy changes depending on the staff member. I recently moved to the area and have never bought (cat food) from PetSmart. I asked about their return policy at checkout and was told "just bring it back" opened or not! Even OPENED? I responded! Yes, we stand by our food! I said "you don't know my cats!" Fast-forward...cats didn't like the food went in to return it and a different cashier was there. NO we do not except open food! Which is it? So annoying ????

Ok listen, I get that you guys wanna go home as soon as your shift ends, but if your sign says you close at 9 pm, don’t lock the doors at 8:55 and then refuse to let anyone in. I really needed to get my dogs prescription food, but because you guys are in a rush, I could not do so. Thanks a lot.

Vet is great and things are not too cheap, but not too expensive. We got our sweet cat here, Anemone now named Destiny

There were beautiful cats at adaption room. I already adopted 2 cats 10 years ago and responsibility for their life so kind tough to add more right now. I just wanted to say " hello" to feline friends. Then noticed " Adapt one get one FREE" on 3 years old cats...... I understand it is tough to take care of them with volunteer but ... really sad feeling. There is $85 adoption fee( grown up cats) to run the business ( to rental space ,medical cost etc..) and make sure the people adopt them with responsibility for life long with financial ( They asked questioners on paper with signature when I adopted 2 cats) 2 grown up cats together is more difficult to adopt now I guess.

I ask for help to find a harness for a dog and the lady helping me out was very friendly, understanding and helpful. She took some minutes away from what she was doing to help me out and I appreciate that very much. Thank you!Great place to get what you need for your pet!

I completely agree with Zilah!! If I could give 5 negative stars, I would!! It takes forever to get on the grooming calendar. Finally got on, AND confirmed my appt when I got the text message...ONLY to be called less than 24 hours before my dog's appt to be told that they were cancelling it because they were short staffed. The next available appt wouldn't be for 2 weeks!!! Asked if there would be any type of compensation and the associate told me that it's something beyond their control. I asked to speak to manager because I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the associate said she understood and would be upset too, but that the manager would tell me the same thing. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere. This location always has some type of issue and is the worst!!!!! I give a lot of praises to the scenic highway location and miss it dearly since I moved, but I will sacrifice and make the drive for the better service. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

No one could tell me if a certain cat toy had been discontinued. Prices are very high, but great selection.
