I have been very happy with the service I receive for my pets at SAH. They make it so easy to get in for appointments with later hours. It is also easy to get my pet’s prescription refilled.

The staff and doctors treat our animals so well, they have a welcoming, clean office!

Knowledgeable and friendly veterinarians. They were very sweet to my 1-year old Golden retriever when he had all of his vaccines. They gave him lots of love!

Our family has been bringing our dogs here since we moved into the area. Great doctors, great staff and the facility is state of the art. They also have wellness insurance plans which we have for all our pups, which we absolutely recommend as we have had a few incidents where things could have been more expensive especially emergency visits. Would highly recommend Suwanee Animal Hospital to anyone looking for the best veterinarians in north GA.

I am so happy I found you all. Cooper always has a great experience with everyone. They are always friendly answer questions when needed. All the Vets take time with the owners and your pet. The groomers are great, Cooper is a handful but they have it covered. Thanks all ????????

We’ve been using Suwanee Animal Hospital for 5 years and absolutely love it! The staff treats our dog Dixon like family. He loves going there for boarding and they have the best vet care. I highly recommend.

Came in for my dog first years check. They gave us prescriptions for my dog which I knew she needed. Two weeks of taking the meds, my dog developed a urine problem. Call them to ask questions what to do and the cause. All they said it shouldn’t be because of the meds. Mind you, that visit cost close to 600. I’m not coming back to this back, they were unhelpful and probably don’t care anyways.

The front desk staff smiled when I came in and were cordial. The tech that came into the lobby was really sweet with Ryder and the test was done very quickly. In and out in relatively short time and without much fuss. I'm a fan of SAH.

My dog had terrible fractures from an attack and required a lot of medical work. On one of the x-ray or MRI visits, a vet tech, or whoever it was, told me that she had to hit my dog in order for my dog to stay still for the machine. This was over a year ago, and my dog was a very young puppy attacked by someone's pit. Over the course of the year, I asked around, and people thought it was very inappropriate that the vet tech, or whoever it was, would hit my dog. My dog had many vet followup visits in a short period of time and is now afraid of people. I think the trauma from the pit attack and the medical trauma from followup surgeries are the primary drivers, as my dog avoids all pits now, but I also think hitting my puppy did not help her mental state. Some of the vets are great and kind people. It's hit or miss. Dr. Fabiola is friendly. The office and billing managers aren't kind, but that's on par with people who choose those professions. I did get misquoted by several thousand dollars on surgery expenses, so expect to pay double over what they quote for any major surgeries. I hope the person who casually admitted that they hit my dog no longer works there. Who knows how many times my dog was hit and how hard? I don't recall what she looked like. Less than 32 years old, young as I recall, between 5'1 and 5'10 tall, I think brunette, and I think not skinny.

I love this place, everyone is so friendly! They are always very responsive, I can always get a same day appointment. We usually see Dr. Beach and she is awesome, however when we can’t I don’t stress because all their providers are great. We’ve seen Dr.Obrian and Dr.Pan both are very kind, friendly, thorough in their exams and have a great bedside manner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time!

Lately customer service has been bad. Sadly I have to change vets.

We've had our puppy for 2 years now, and feel absolutely confident in taking her to Suwanee Animal Hospital for any of her needs. The doctors and techs have been responsive and educational (as this is our first pet) for all our checkups and visits. All of the costs have been explained upfront. I have never had a surprise charge, nor been pushed for a procedure. The grooming always leaves me wondering what magic is worked behind the curtain b/c she always comes out fluffier and smelling better than when I attempt to bath her at home

I would not recommend using this animal hospital at all costs. An employee named Samantha Sukotsky who works there who is a lier and a fraud who scams people on Facebook selling puppies. She is an awful person and I would not want to let someone with her integrity take care for my precious angel. Please stay away at all costs.

My dogs seem happy when I board them.

The worst place to take your dogs if you care about them! I took my dog here for overnight stays when we go out of town and he always seems to come back sick. They never take responsibility for their mistakes, they once gave him the same vaccine twice and wanted to charge us for both. I brought my dog in because he was having decreased appetite, nausea, and fatigue. The doctor did x-rays and exams and he said everything was okay with him and he’ll be okay. We took him home and he passed away 16 hours later! He was obviously not okay!

Dr. Fabiola took care of my dog like it was her own and really cared that I had all the tools and information I needed before I left to make sure my dog was taken care of. I drive out of Atlanta to come here and after our visit with her today I will continue to do so.

Communication was nonexistent. I didn’t get any sort of email or call confirming reservations or anything about the terms of the boarding (including pick up times). I’ve never heard of a boarding facility that’s closed on Sunday and only open until 4 on Saturday. Then after we pick up our dog I find out that she had been vomiting and was moved to the hospital portion, again something that should have been communicated to me (no call or email). Why even ask for phone numbers/emergency contacts/emails if you don’t use them? Then discussing with the practice manager about our experience she had no sympathy over the situation and refused to do anything to remedy or compensate for the mistakes that were made. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never recommend or return.

Great place. They offer a lot of services at reasonable prices. The vets I have seen are all very kind and knowledgeable.

They clearly have no care for their clientele, and are not willing to admit fault (as you can see in literally every comment they have as a response to others reviews). After being a client with this vet for multiple years and over 10 years of working in different service industries myself I have never been so disgusted with a company and their lack of empathy, lack of communication and unwillingness to work with me and my family. Don’t bother talking to Deana or Jennifer-they do not care about you or your pet. While the vets are wonderful the office staff they have are the complete opposite….and I found out the hard way this week. Avoid them if you can.

As always, Suwanee Animal Hospital went above and beyond. Dr. Beach saw our Belgian Shepherds today, and she did a magnificent job working with a challenging breed. I highly recommend Dr. Beach, Dr. Jeremiah, and Dr. Pan. There are fantastic technicians and office staff as well. My pups look forward to seeing Kerri and Nat for extra love and attention while they are in! We were in again today, 06/14/2021, and Dr. Jeremiah saw both Belgians and our 15-year-old cat. He completed thorough exams, gave feedback on health status, and our technician updated a vaccine for one dog who didn’t need a full exam. Our dogs always love to see him, and our cat purred so loudly that the doctor had to readjust him several times to listen to his chest. Great experience!
