My puppy love the staff.

Fast and easy made a appointment online for my cats rabies even thow my cat was not happy about what was happening we were in and out in about 10 minutes definitely coming back

Cancelled my appointment while we were in the parking lot finishing the long intake form that was sent 15 mins prior to the appointment. Receptionist and doctor saw us in the car as we were on the phone with them and went to hide in the back when we came in. Said they could no longer take us because there were other appointments around this time, but we were less than 10 mins late and explained to the receptionist on the phone that we were in the parking lot filling out the form before coming inside(per the instructions) and was still adamant about cancelling the appointment. Was looking forward to coming here since it’s so close to home but will definitely not be coming back here, terrible.

Just moved to town and needed allergy shots for my 2 German Shepherds. 1st but not my last visit to Thrive. Clean, friendly and professional. Was comfortable with my boys in their care.

No set prices on services. Called and she didn't give much info other than "it depends on the animal ". We called to have a cat neutered and the girl told us we had to just bring him in and that she couldn't give us a price. PASS!!!!!!!

I was completely blown away by Thrive Buford. The staff were amazing and my dog was treated so well. The vet was very thorough and answered all questions we had. We even went ahead and subscribed to be Thrive Plus members during the visit. Also- definitely more affordable (even more so with the membership). Absolutely loved it.

Very friendly staff and they took wonderful care of our very excited doggo! Also they don’t charge and arm and a leg like we have experienced in the past with other places.

Took my new dog here and I really like the clean atmosphere of the facility. Wish they were more upfront on the best cost options for the long term. Seems like they just tell you in bits and pieces instead of saying "Your dog is 8 months old and will need XY and Z. So if you priced it out individually, it would be X, but if you choose the "New Puppy" program, it would save you %75.00. Also you never see any test results for the test they run, so they just come back and say, your pup tested positive for THIS and to treat it will be THAT. How do I know? anyway.....

Looking forward to transferring my pets’ care to Thrive. Great, friendly, & knowledgeable team. Great location as well!????????????????

not a great experience. Went there multiple times as a walk-in with my dog. Tried different times of the day and they never could take me. Even though they open at 8 AM apparently don’t have a vet there before 9. I get that they are busy but maybe they should remove the sign that says walk-ins welcome because it rarely works out and they just ask you to make a later appointment which is sort of not the point of a walk in establishment. Never even offered for me to wait or anything. They did offer to let me leave my dog for a fee to be squeezed in but once you added that to the office visit fee also sort of defeats the word affordable in the name. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and bordered on being disinterested. Location is really convenient for me I was interested to learn more about their pay monthly model but I was not impressed and won’t bother going back.

Love the service and the kindness of the employees. But my fur baby had an ear infection and the earliest they could see her was two weeks! Even with the Thrive membership!

Brought my 2 year old baby boy Roscoe in for a blockage. The issue was more advanced than I realized and so a wonderful lady named Alisha at Thrive in Buford took the time to research a proper vet that would be able to take care of him 100% and one that was affordable. Unfortunately, I was too late in getting him there and he passed from renal failure. I received a sympathy email from them this morning and it truly touched my heart. Thank you for your kindness. If I could give you 10 stars, I would! RIP Roscoe Purr Coltrane!

I have been taking my dog and cat to Thrive for about a year now, and they have been great every time. They take great care of my pets and are very affordable. The staff is always nice and professional. They always answer my questions and send home information packets. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the Buford area!

I recently had my Ragdoll 6 month old kitten spaded and microchipped. She did incredibly well during recovery, they updated me and gave me time to go back and pick her up and her incision site remained free of infection. She’s back to her playful kitten ways

Having 3 dogs is a juggling act. Getting vaccinations, meds coordinated Having 3 dogs that have allergies and the complicated expensive hot mess that can be… I am sincerely grateful for the staff and Vet’s focus in helping me.

First time here with our new family member. The staff and doctor here are truly amazing. Very surprised on how well we were treated. Will recommend to anyone who wants good quality care for your pet. This is love

I called to get a quote on the average cost of a neuter. I was told they could not give me a price with having an exam first. Other vets I called in the area were able to quickly give me a quote by size of my dog without an exam or knowing my animal. It gave me the feeling they were just all about the money. I will not take my pet to a place like that.

I am so happy I found this place. It is only about 2 miles from my house and they treated me and my chihuahua great! I set up my appointment online, super convenient. They followed up immediately for paper work and what to expect at check in. I took my 8 week old chihuahua and they genuinely care about what’s best for her. They discussed the whole process with me and pricing as we went, no surprises. They answered all of my questions and made sure to understand why I was there. They are definitely going to be my vet from here on out. ALSO, very affordable and I became a member to take advantage of the discounts.

Answered any questions I had, gave a sheet detailing any potential vaccine side effects and when to worry. Whole appointment was relatively quick and easy. Great all around

I brought my pet in and I must say I was really impressed at how professional and friendly the staff was there. Brooklyn, the Pet Tech and Tatyana the Receptionist were amazing! This location will definitely keep my business.

Started bringing our new kitten here and they’ve been kind, caring, helpful, and very informative. Staff is very friendly and the service is always quick. Much cheaper than previous vet we were going to and the membership is totally worth it if you end up sticking with this vet.

This vet is phenomenal! The ladies at the front/techs and the Dr. were the epitome of welcoming and professional. They even sent a text before our appointment letting us know of traffic around the area! The level of customer service is rare and appreciated!
