Had everything I needed for my cat.

I have been purchasing my dog's food here for a long time and always the service has been superior, yesterday Kaila amazed me, she remember that she had helped me choose my food and ask how the dogs were doing with it and if her recommendation was working for me. I cannot believe her commitment to the dogs and to the clients. 100% recommended.

Do NOT buy from here. I came in looking for fish and their tanks were in AWFUL condition. The fish were swimming on top of each other, some of them DEAD. It was terrible. Not to mention their birds were terribly sick. They were slowing dying with water that hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS! They had kittens in cages with terrible eye infections and one of them couldn’t open its eyes. I will never be coming back.

Great store. Very friendly people. My only hit would be it seems not everything has a price on it. So it is hard to tell the cost.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Pet Supermarket. I purchased approximately $50 in aquarium fish. After realizing two of the fish were not getting along with my others and the harmony of my tank was lost I was able to return the two offenders within an hour of purchase. They Honored their return policy with out question and for that I'm very grateful. The health of the remaining fish I purchased is excellent. They are colorful healthy and growing. I will be back for supplies and fish in the future.

Very fair and reasonable prices. I was surprised to see that the animals were better taken care of here than at your typical Petsmart or petco. People who work here are friendly and always willing to help.

SUCH a sweet manager, Alexis! the power was out in the store but she still manually checked me out and even called another location to make sure she was pricing everything right. she even talked on speaker so i would hear the other location so i would be sure the prices were correct. she was so patient and helpful and she always makes coming to this location great!! so thankful i could get what i needed even when the power was down thanks to her!

Was looking for some Sheba cat food. Very high in demand . The process plant wasn't keeping up . Ended up ordering it on line though Chewy . But their associate was still very helpful .

Literally the best animal buying experience. I can’t stress how informative and helpful the staff was. I asked so many questions and took notes & they were so patient with me. They were super knowledgeable of the Tortoise I was buying, you would think they specialized in reptiles. I was able to call a few days later with more questions and they were still super kind and patient. Can’t thank em enough, because of the info they gave me my Tortoise is happy and healthy!
