Previously I had a good grooming experiences here. Today, I got my dog back from a regular bath and brush and the inside of his ear was FILTHY. I called because ear cleaning is supposedly included and was told by a groomer that my dog “probably” had a “bad infection” and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned. No mention of the cruddy ear or this suspected infection was made when we picked him up. If I had not intentionality checked his ears when he got home, I wouldn’t have noticed. I took 5 minutes to clean out the ear myself. He had no tenderness and shows no time signs of irritation from the ear aside from some discharge. I’m not impressed with the premium priced shoddy service we got today and won’t be back.

The staff at Pooch n Paws always take great care of my little pups! Katelyn has been grooming them for 4 years and I am always so impressed by her. You can’t go wrong trusting them with your furry family members.

When I walked in I could instantly tell that my little fur baby was going to be well taken care of! She was known by name and given lots of love the moment she scrambled through the door! This place always has her coming out fresh and clean, which is why we always come back!

Today my dog Truman (a mini poodle) had his second grooming at Pooch & Paws. I’ve used other groomers who are good, no complaints, but never felt that I … or Truman, was a valued part of their community. Pooch & paws is near me, but because it was located in trendy, upscale Suwanee Town Center, I assumed it was expensive. I took Truman there a few months ago after getting a coupon in the mail, and realized the cost was reasonable and not more expensive than any other reputable groomer. And I was happy to reacquaint myself with Ashley, who checked me out. She and I once worked together at the GA SPCA. She was a vet tech there; thus I trusted her recommendations on supplements and other products they sell. Ashley has a warm and friendly personality and demeanor; she’s a great ambassador for Pooch & Paws. I often wait too long between grooming and end up having to have Truman’s hair cut short, but today I told my groomer, Katie, I’d prefer a teddy bear look if possible. Only one other groomer gave him this look perfectly and they went out of business. Truman was done in just over an hour, and I couldn’t believe how Katie had performed a miracle and he’s now got the best groom he’s had in yrs and so adorable. And she made us both feel welcomed and took extra care when I mentioned his skin tags. She will be his go-to groomer from now on! The grooming cost about 65. Worth every penny. And if I wasn’t sold on Pooch & Paws by then, the employee who checked me out and helped me pick out a CBD drop for Truman, Mercury, sealed the deal. So friendly and helpful, and when he rang me up I found I had left my wallet at home. He told me to take Truman and the product home and call back with my card, saving me a trip. Which I did. Thank u Mercury! All in all great customer service, professional and talented grooming, and after only two groomings I know we’ll be loyal customers from now on.

There is new management and the service is horrible. Been going there for 15 years with my four dogs and we will not be going back. All their staff has recycled and the new manager there is horrible.

Favorite pet store ever. The staff is incredible helpful and personal with service and special requests. They began getting a specific food just for me and keep it on the shelf. Highly recommend! UPDATE: since Bentley’s purchased this store, every good employee has left. The store is messy, disorganized, and doesn’t carry a fraction of the products they used to, and those were products that were selling. I’ve stopped going in at all. One star now.

I go to this store all the time, because they have the cutest most unique toys and a variety of different meal brands to choose from. The employees are also very helpful all the time. Highly recommended for any pet owners!

this place is amazing. i stopped going a few years ago but now they've really turned around. its no longer dirty or cluttered with knick knacks, they actually have useful stuff there now. the young man and lady up front were very helpful. they helped me find the perfect food for my pup after horrible recommendations from other places. no my pup is eating all of his food and is much happier! highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Went for the first time and they charged us twice and wouldn't refund the extra charge. Had to call multiple times which I don't have time for and still they didn't refund the extra charge. Doesn't seem like an ethical place.

Excellent service! The whole team there was so nice, especially the groomer Kate. Was nervous about trying this new place since my dog was used to PetSmart but was in a rush and decided to give em a chance. The puppy cut was fantastic and they even gave my dog some fancy cologne, bandana, and a chew treat until I picked her up. This place is a definite recommend!

Terrible service. The groomer shaved my dog to no hair without explaining how low of a cut she was planning to do. I just took my dog to Petco 3 weeks prior with excellent results even with matting. They were booked so I decided to try a new place. What a big mistake. They allowed me to leave upset and didn't try to resolve the matter. Waste of money.

Gets my dog shiny and clean!

I take all my fur babies here for grooming, Katie is AMAZING, we followed her from her previous location we love her so much! All our babies come home looking great. The owners are so wonderful as well. Last time we were there one took time with us to explain all the different dog foods and how to combine them for the best possible nutrition for our babies and sent us home with samples of each for them to try. I will always come here and leave the big box pet stores behind. I LOVE this place

I just love this place!! The staff always greets me with a smile and drops everything to rush to help! The groomers, especially Katie!!!!!, are SO AMAZING!!! I drive over an hour each way just to have her groom my two Shih-Tzus every 8 weeks and they absolutely adore her!!

Katelyn, is one of the best groomers this city has to offer. Her craft is unique from others and her work demonstrates that she’s a professional and is passionate about what she does. The prices are very reasonable and my boy always come out looking and smelling great (for days).

visited 4/13. been here in the past and always loved the staff. They would welcome my dog and even take pictures. Today the 3 employees barely acknowledged me. They looked at my puppy and had little reaction. May be change of ownership/staff but not the great place I remembered. Would NEVER come here again. I love Hollywood Feed. The staff love dogs and are very friendly.

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for a few years now. We were incredibly disappointed last week when a $170 service turned into nearly $600 after having to take both of our dogs to the emergency vet to be treated for kennel cough. I called to speak to an employee at the store to inquire about an outbreak or other dogs being sick that were there that day and all she told me was that they don’t require bordetella vaccine (preventative of kennel cough) only rabies but they clean everything and no dogs come into contact with each other. Kennel cough is airborne and it’s a fairly small salon, if a dog comes in carrying it, it would be nearly impossible for it not to be shared with other dogs in the salon. Also, would have been nice if she had even had the slightest bit of sympathy for my sick pups and the situation. We’ll be finding a new groomer.

I dropped my Maltese off for the first time here to be groomed. I pick him up & he has no eyebrows & the hair on top of his head is choppy. I’ve never been so disappointed in one of his haircuts before.

We have been loyal customers since they opened! We have had our Maltese groomed their for 6 years! Today the “new” grooming manager Alex shaved my Maltese! He has always had long hair and has frequent grooming appointments every 4-6 weeks. Beware! We discussed his mattiing by his rib area and agreed on shortening that area. I suggested his feet being tapered and trimming his ears about 1 inch. I even paid extra for a lavender shampoo! He has no hair in fact he had more hair as a 4 month old puppy! Stay away! She takes no ownership of her decision and never called us! Not trustworthy!
