Love, love, love Claire! She is awesome. Cirt, the groomer, is as well Our dog gets so excited when we get close to the building so I know they treat him well.

The hours, it is very clean, layout, and the availability to watch my dog on the cam. The staff is very helpful and kind especially Kiara! She goes above and beyond to help my dog feel comfortable and answers all my dumb questions. I have used a few other places and none compare. I also like that you have grooming, training and pretty much anything your dog needs.

We took our pitty mix several times with no events. On fourth visit, her paw was injured which required stitches. Their was an "error in their system" which left them unable to contact us. We just so happened to check in since we had not seen her in the playgroup for quite some time. There are cameras in a few areas so you can watch at your convenience (which is why I feel they deserve the one star.) The incident happened outside of the public camera eye, but was caught on an internal camera that they were able to review. We were not permitted to view the clip but didnt press the issue and chalked it up to high energy dogs being high energy dogs. My problem with this is that they didn't tend to her injury while they attempted (or said they attempted) to locate the correct owner's contact info. It was apparent that she required a trip to the vet for stitches. There was never any follow up. No call to check in on her well-being, no follow up regarding utilizing remaining balance, zip. Nada. Made it obvious that the dogs are not the main concern so, must be the bottom line?

This place is great! Friendly staff, clean facility, and my 3 dogs always have a great time at camp. It's so nice to pick up tired and happy dogs at the end of the day! We have used them for boarding a few times too, and I felt relieved knowing I was leaving them in good hands. Also! I highly recommend the training classes with Claire. She was a rock star at training my dogs to do things I never thought possible. 10/10 I recommend!

I enjoyed the front office staff’s friendliness to my baby and me. We were new to Camp Bow Wow, and they were very helpful in assisting us and making us comfortable. I also enjoyed being able to watch my baby while he was on vacation. I could always login to the cameras on their app and watch what was going on.

Both me and my dog love Camp Bow Wow in Duluth. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and greet my dog like he's their own. I take him once a week and without fail he's exhausted and happy at the end of each visit. The training classes they offer are also top quality, Claire is attentive and passionate and gives clear instructions both in the class and on how to continue training once the classes have ended. My dog adores her as a result and has become a well rounded dog that I can now take anywhere without fear of him misbehaving. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

We’re a happy customer of the Alpharetta location, but not Duluth. We boarded our puppy here for a week and long story short: 1) we asked for 2 x 15min play sessions each day and when we picked her up they told us “they didn’t have time to do them”, 2) we paid $80 for a full spa session/bath/ the works on the day we picked her up- she smelled SSOO bad when we picked her up we had to bathe her and all the toys that went with her the next day (it was REALLY bad), and 3) we checked on the cameras a few times each day and and it seems like she was in the cages/kennel more than she was in the play yards. Something was off. And good luck getting them to answer their phones. SO, we’re not happy with this location and won’t be bringing our puppy back here.

Fantastic place. Our dog literally leaps from our car when we pull up and dashes to their front door to get inside! Enough said.

I boarded my three dogs for a week with CBW Duluth. I was pleased when I dropped them off because the staff assured me that they would send photos and updates. I received no updates—even though I called and asked for them. The email back just said “everyone is having a great time!” All three of my dogs now have what I assume is kennel cough. We will be going to the vet tomorrow. I’ve never seen them this sick. I did have some hesitation when I left the dogs because the area where they have the dogs was so hot. They were all panting. It smelled badly—and I understand that with that many dogs, it will smell—but in retrospect, I can’t help but feel like it was poorly cleaned. The floors were all wet and very slippery. The kennels for the dogs were so small. I feel tremendously guilty for leaving my babies there. I’m extremely disappointed to have paid close to $1100 to have my dogs come home really sick. Additionally, I paid extra for some of the enrichments and I don’t know that my dogs received them. When I picked my puppies up, this notice was on the door. No one called or made mention of this to me or I would have made alternative arrangements to pick them up early. They were sick when I picked them up. I will never bring my dogs back to this place. Awful. I feel so guilty. I just keep thinking about how hot they kept it where the dogs are. In seeing the owner’s response to other clients, I assume I will be treated rudely as well.

Fun for time pup during the work day, all dogs are temperament tested and require current vaccines so I feel my dog is safe there.

To get to the point, my dog got kennel cough from this facility last week. Now I know that when you get a lot of dogs together, bacteria and viruses are bound to turn up. It is the way that they handled it that has disgusted me. After getting my girl home and seeing and hearing what she is doing, I called and spoke to someone who said he was with that dog group most . I asked why he didn't inform me she was coughing like that and he said " I didn't hear any coughing but with like 30 dogs in a room you can't hear much." He then told me that 2 days prior (Wednesday) that they had a "few" cases of kennel cough! I asked why they didn't let me know, inform me, isolate my dogs or those dogs!? He then replied with "well that would be a question for the front office staff." They wouldn't even notify me! Also, when we showed up to drop off our dogs with buckle collars only then were we notified that they couldn't come in until they had break-away collars. So it's buy the collars from them or go get them and have a pretty good chance of missing your flight. No one said anything like that when I made the reservation.

They were amazing with my dogs. When one got an eye infection they immediately contacted and helped me get my girl to the vet. They texted me pictures and took her to a great vet. Her eye was almost completely better by the time we got home. Feel so lucky to have had them watching my girls. When we shared how long we were going to be there they helped me find the best plan to make sure we got the best deal

I worked for this place 3 years Alf, doing my best work ever, and the owner knows that, but he recreminated me cuz I couldn’t end my last week work, and he paid me he wanted for my last two weeks. He doesn’t appreciate the good people and good workers he got for many years.. But I don’t care the money He needs more that than me.. And thanks the owner for gave job Like he said me

Scarlett passed the interview and the introductory camp session, and so was accepted as a Camp Bow Wow overnight camper. She stayed 3 nights and did not exhibit any of the stress indicators I have seen at her former kennel upon pick up. She was one happy camper.

This was the worst facility I have been to. Jeffery is extremely rude and sexist. I have never had worse experience. You could not pay me to go back there.

It makes me nervous to leave my pups but this place definitely eased my anxiety. I have boarded my pups here and it was great. It's so nice being able to see your pups while away from them and my two babies looked like they were having a blast. The team there really love what they do and are super helpful. Will highly recommend this place to others.

I have taken my golden retriever, Theo, to camp bow wow (Duluth location) about twice a week for over a year since he was a puppy. Every time he has come home pooped. The staff are very friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. They have always been very sweet to my pup. I regularly check the cameras (which a lot of places don't have), and make sure he's doing okay while I'm at work. He always seems to be having a fun time playing with his doggy friends. I love camp bow wow and hope Theo and I stay here for a long time!
